Really friendly and professional service. Turned up exactly when they said they would, fitted the high-quality air conditioner without any issues and didn't make any mess. Would highly recommend Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning.
I am really sorry to have to share this news but Aaron Heating and Air Conditioning will never get my business after today. This company (through a construction company) orginally installed my 2 ton Mitsubishi minisplit in my warehouse office a year and a half ago. The unit started to fail and the manufacturer and distributor have granted me a resplacement for the inside and outside units after 7 or 8 attempts to fix the unit. I was unaware that I had to use the original installer for the replacement so when I was informed I called Aaron Heating & Air Conditioning for a quotation to take out the old unit and install the new unit. Keep in mind that I already had two quotes from two different installers. One quoted me to replace the unit completely for $2400 (not counting the replacement from the warranty) and another union company quoted me the same amount to take out the old and install the new one. Well when I called Aaron's not only did they charge me $49.99 just to get a quotation the tech didn't even show up and called me and said he didn't need to come physically to quote me. He quoted me $1800 to remove the old faulty unit that he installed and then another $4500 to install the new unit. He didn't have to drill holes, run new conduit or anything. Ladies and gentleman they wanted to charge me $6300 for what the other union shop would charge me $2400. I will make sure to never use this company and they should be reported to the better business bureau for price gouging.
Great experience with this company. We were having problems with our AC, so we called them up and explained the issue. They were able to come out and fix everything quickly, and our home is running perfectly now!

The people at the office were very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to have my heating unit replaced, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right one for my home. They also made sure that everything was properly installed, so I didn't have any trouble later on down the road. I would definitely use them again!

Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning were recommended by a family member who has used them for years. Sam was on time, friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. He explained everything he was doing and what the problem was with my heater. Quick part swap and I am back in the comfort zone.
Sam the technician is great! Although we had a couple minor issues 2 years ago when our a/c was installed, they fixed them immediately. We have used Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning since we bought our house in 2010 and they managed to keep our old unit going for years past when it should died! Very honest run company.
Sam from Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning called when he was coming. He was very elaborate and enlightened on the situation. He weighed all the alternatives I had. Discharged a safety check to ensure there was no possible harm in the air. Very presentable and an optimistic attitude. Will certainly recommend!!
Sam came to look at our gas fireplace and did a great job. He was on time, got it working quickly and made sure that everything was working correctly before he left. He was very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. We definitely want have him back if we need service again.
We called Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning at 6:30 last night about our AC not working. Russel was out at 11 this morning. He diagnosed the problem then explained the options and costs for our 20 year-old unit. He recommended a temporary fix, which we agreed to, and arranged for a salesman to come out tonight to explain what's available if we want a new unit.
I set up a quote for a new water heater from a Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning representative. The estimated was great, the quote process was quick, the price was reasonable so I decided to go with the water heater. Russel the installer did an excellent job also. He had a great attitude, didn’t mind me watching him work and explained the process as he went. Great job all around.
Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning is a very professional company! Called and their tech Sam was out the next day They called to let us know they were running a bit late because other jobs ran over - no problem and appreciated the call. Repair professional was great all around. - we ended up having to get it replaced and were please with the options.
Aaron's Heating & Air Conditioning has been part of our annual maintenance team. We have a 1958 style bungalow and they've installed furnaces and air conditioners that maintain the integrity of the home and keep us comfortable. Called on Tuesday for a quote and on Wednesday Russel provided clear detailed proposal on Thursday, then installed on Monday. Totally impressed with the quick response, professionalism of his crew who were all very respectful, courteous and focused on their role and responsibility. Outstanding customer service.
