Very happy with service
My Mom who is on Hospice & a breathing machine! Her AC went out last night, I called Huffs around 830 and receptionist took our info and said Michael would call back, he did and witching hour and half my Moms AC was back to working!! Such a relief! Thank you Michael for everything, you deserve a big bonus!! And thank you Huffs for having such dependable employees!! Carol & Daniel Bauman
Service was great and prompt Thanks

Have used Huff's for 30 years and they have never let me down.
Came out on time as promised did maintenance on unit a very affordable price
Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable technicians and quality work!
These folks are absolutely amazing, I called at 8am and it's now 9:02 and the tech just called to say 15 minutes. This was a health emergency and they sure came through. Thank you Erin, you guys are what this town is all about!
Reliable and trustworthy company. Fair prices and quick scheduling.
Great people, great service and great products. The A/C company you want to use.
Company charged me $208 for a diagnostic which doesn't go towards the repair. A TXV value and coils was replaced by Huff not even 1.5 years ago on a system that was 3 years old. Second Huff tech tells me the issue is again the TXV value and had some questioning about the prior replacement as the supposed replaced components showed water corrosion. They wanted to charge me full price to replace the same parts. I definitely went else where.
Ac was going out and in the same day we got the consumer reports magazine in the mail. There was an article rating ac systems. American Standard was the best. We emailed A. S. and they said they would have an installer contact us. The next morning Huffs contacted us, professional, knowledgeable, and good for their word. Some companies just give you a good feeling. Tyler and his crew were great.
I am a woman based business for 21 years. It’s nice to be able to trust a local business to do great work and most importantly trust that they will stand behind their products. I highly recommend them!
I use them anytime I have an issue. They are quick to come to work and diagnose the problem and quickly fix it for a responsible price.
Too busy, couldn't get appointment same day
Huff’s is great! I had a AC installed several years ago by Aurora Air and they installed it wrong. In the several dozens of time Aurora Air came out, they couldn’t figured out that they had wired it working. CHOOSE HUFFS!
Our serviceman was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the job swiftly. Would use their service again.
Huff's has always been a great service for us. We trust them with our air conditioning needs. They are always very helpful and worth the price.
NEVER park the company vehicle in customers driveway. I now have oil stains from the truck on my expensive pavers. ALWAYS cover shoes with bootees...I had just had my carpet and tile cleaned.
Background, The unit was installed in December 2020 by Huff’s. It has since been under a Huff’s semi-annual preventative maintenance contract. The unit was serviced by Huff’s June 22, 2022. Sunday August 7, the unit stopped with error code 106 which commands calling the service representative. By the time the Huff technician called two hours later, I had diagnosed and corrected the problem. The problem was water in the AHU drain line. We agreed to cancel the service call. Saturday August 13, the unit stopped with error code 106. The Huff’s technician knew not the code upon his initial response to the answering service. • Upon being told Saturday by Huff’s technician that there was a common fee for emergency repair service, I disputed the charge as the unit was under a Huff’s preventative service contract. • Upon being told Saturday by Huff’s technician that it would be hours before he would respond, I left a message for the service manager to call me. He did not. • Upon being told later Saturday by Huff’s technician that he was departing for my address, I told him that I had resolved the problem. He insisted on deploying. • Huff’s technician did nothing but read the LED in the AHU that is not provided to the user and check the flow in the drain line. • At departure of Huff’s technician from my residence he asked for payment. I told him again that I dispute the charge and to have management call me. • Monday, I received a written invoice that I promptly disputed. It is Tuesday August 23 and we remain in dispute. The service interval for the AHU drain line is 180 days per the manufacturer. The Huff's record claims they cleaned the drain line less than 50 days prior to the first failure. What is the point of preventative maintenance but to prevent the need for emergency repair? As there is value in continuity of care, I wish them to remain under contract, but they are making it difficult.
