Text and email notifications in relation to scheduling. Arrival notification. Arrived ahead of appointment. Quick work, clean work, had everything here to complete the repair. Even cleaned up the things I had outside for them: umbrellas, fan, extension cord, foam mats. They were even kind enough to take their shoes off in the house. I would definitely recommend them to others.
100% recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. When I had a late night emergency and a very hot unbearable home in the middle of this summers heat, this company proved trusty, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They provided great timely service. Attention to detail. Very accurate diagnostics and gave us tips on how to maintain our AC system in this heat. I am very thankful to have came across this company. They were genuine and had great integrity in their work.
Excelente service, Jay he is awesome pick up my call late at night and did not hesitate to guide me with instructions to fix my AC temporarily till technician arrived.

Super quick and efficient! While other companies were preoccupied with other clients Heavenly Cooling and Heating came within 15 minutes of the call. They helped me fix the AC in less than 30 minutes. Jay is a great guy who has lots of good tips for taking care of the AC unit. Highly recommended!

I called about 7 companies and no one could come out but when I called them the owner came out within an hour and gave me the best service possible told me all my issues and gave me a lot of options to save me money and he taught me a lot amazing service would highly recommend
The Air Handler of my AC Unit developed a leak after 4 years of having it installed. I called around to attain quotes and came across Heavenly Cooling and Heating. I was very impressed after speaking to Jay (Owner). His focus was on the customer and he assured me that his team would get the job done professionally and with quality. He worked out a quote that was far less than the other AC companies I spoke to. His team completed the job on time with high quality. Jay answered all of my questions and gave me professional advice to maintain my AC Unit. I definitely recommend this company to others who are looking for an AC Company who puts the customer first.

Very trustful business! Jay helped us during weekend when our AC failed. The other AC contractor which holds our warranty with manufacture even refused to get the parts for us. Jay spent his time with manufacturer and got the parts for FREE. He definitely wins our business moving forward!
Jay and his team were extremely helpful with our AC unit going down the night before. He had our AC back online under 16 hours (we made contact at 0745 am and our issue was solved and repaired under 2 hours). Jay walked me through a few trouble shooting checks. Jay and his crew were attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, the installation of 2 ac units (condenser and air handlers) had some challenges and miscommunication but at the end everything was resolved. I'm always happy to give my business to local professionals. I would recommend to have whatever you intent to have done in writing and signed by both parties.
We had any AC problem late at night. I called and the gentleman walked me through a solution. They came out the next day and did a flush on the pipes and maintenance. Excellent service and we are grateful for the help to get us cooled down overnight! We will recommend your company to friends and family!
