We have used Frank’s for about 3 years now and are very satisfied with the service we receive! They do a great job, the technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable and I think their pricing is fair. I highly recommend.
Our technician Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and did his work in a timely and thorough manner. He quickly determined our issue, resolved it, and also recalibrated our thermostat which i had messed up. We really appreciate the same day response with our AC going out. Highly recommend Frank's AC
This is my second or third time using Frank's. They always answer the phone or return calls, the guys have been very nice and professional, they show up on time, and they don't make up problems or suggest fixes that aren't needed. 100% recommend.
We had Frank's install our home A/C unit 3 years ago. Julian, who is one of Frank's maintenance people, has been doing our annual maintenance for our unit since then. He is a professional and knows how to do his job well. He is soft spoken and is not intimidating, as some are. Julian is welcome anytime. We will continue to ask for Julian for our next maintenance schedule.
Excellent service, friendly service rep (Hector), very knowledgeable, answered all questions, and satisfied with the service provided. Frank’s A/C is the best.
The staff was amazing from start to finish. They were very polite and informative but especially kind to my wife. Would see them again in a heart beat

Technician are always on time! Prices are very reasonable. It took two tries for them to diagnose and fixed my Nest thermostat but overall they’re very professional and call and text your results. Being remote l, they’re very helpful getting my system up and running again! Will work with them again.

My AC unit was not cooling one evening so I had to call Frank’s for an after hour service call. I was expecting the service call to be extremely expensive but since I have a contract with them I was charged a regular visit and the tech was at my house within an hour and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. All the techs, from installation to service calls, have been very friendly and professional. Thank you!
Don't really post but these guys deserve it. Had issues with air conditioning recently and they came everytime, multiple times on the same day to resolve the issue. Recommended the care plan. Excellent people and company. Very professional, responsive and accommodating despite them being very busy in a busy season. Highly recommended!!
Franks has ALWAYS delivered excellent service, professionalism and courtesy when working in my house. They are really a great bunch of people and I will never go anywhere else. My old company was never on time, was horrible at communication and would charge astronomical fees for things. Not Franks! I’m a customer for life :) Thank you Franks!
I was very pleased with Frank's. Even though my situation was not an emergency, they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were on time and our technician Hector was very professional and explained what was needed and took care of us all in one visit. Highly recommend!

I needed to relocate my AC unit. The technician's from Franks were on time, professional and left the area clean. I couldn't ask for anything more. I have used Franks AC for years bc they never disappoint.

Our technician, Rey M, was fantastic! He was very professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. We highly recommend him!
