Justin arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable. Provided service and repairs quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Would definitely recommend Ellington for any air conditioning service.
Gabriel and a service supervisor showed up at our house on time. Gabriel explained the results of his service and warn me of what could be future troubles. He was respectful, friendly, and eager to please! We remembered his supervisor as he had serviced our unit before. Very pleased with both of them! Thank you!

Corey went above and beyond to help us. We needed a second opinion on our AC unit, because our landlord does not believe anything is wrong with an AC unit that wont cool a home below 78 degrees. Corey diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in a very professional manner. We will never use anyone besides Ellington from here on out.

Corey was great. turns out it wasn't the AC but a bad breaker. i thought $99.00 was a bit high for 5 min. but it is what it is. I'll use them in the future.
The technician was on time and was very careful because of the covid19 pandemic. When I told him what the problem was he knew what it probably was right away. He had it fixed in know time. I would have no trouble using him again.

He explained everything so I was able to understand, made helpful suggestions, and was thorough. Ellington is fortunate to an employee like Abram. We were very pleased with the service we received from the service repair man, Abram, yesterday. He was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the service agreement, what he noticed and what he did during the visit.
