I truly enjoy this company and all they have done to help me get my AC working appropriately. They are highly professional and Garret is top service provider. Very knowledgeable and a good listener. Highly recommend this company.
I called Complete Air & Heat, Inc. at 4:30 on a Wednesday. They sent John out the next day (Thursday). He explained to get the part to replace the leaking coil and install it would probably be into the next week. But then they found a coil locally to replace my leaking one, came back on *Friday* and installed it! If you’ve ever had this happen, you understand the miraculous turn around time. Thanks John! You were a helluva rep for your company.
I've used Complete Air & Heat for over ten years! The servicing of my A/C unit components has always been delivered on time by professional, courteous technicians. They are also terrific supporters of our community through their generous donations of time, talent and treasurer to numerous causes including the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, the Civilian Military Council of Brevard Foundation, and others. I always get "Complete" satisfaction from their work!

The gentleman who came was through and very nice. He did a great job and let me know to watch one part outside that had some rust on it. I asked for an estimate on the part for the future and he sent via email the estimate. Complete Air was referred to me by a trusted friend, boy was she right on.
I was impressed with their service. They were able to come the same day I reported an issue. The unit needed a replacement part which they were able to fix within 15 to 20 minutes. However, what impressed me most was that the technician gave me the price of the repair and I did not question it. After I wrote a check and he left, he returned in a couple of minutes and said he made a mistake and had overcharged me. I tore up the original check and wrote a new one. It was nice to work with such honest people. Highly recommend.
10 years ago hired these guys to upgrade my existing Trane system with a new one. Bought the 10 years parts and labor warranty and it was worth every penny. Any time I had an issue I'd email them and they were 100% responsive/helpful in resolving any and all issues. Love doing business with a local business, became friends with them and love the business. Have made many positive recommendations to others they use Complete Air and Heat. Asked if they could service my mom's system over in Melbourne and while outside the territory they like to service they said the would for me which I think is AWESOME.
We use them for all our A/C needs from mini splits to ten-ton unites. No job to big or to small.
Such a nice business. The new part, coil in air handler, had a fault and they replaced it 3x with professionalism under warranty and never complained. The field staff and office staff are courteous and efficient. They are not cheap but are well worth the value. I joined their discount program and it paid off on my first visit. Give them a try!

I had a failure in my a/c unit. The error was that the thermostat was unable to communicate with my AC unit. I had another company come out that installed it and told me that it was a board that needed to be replaced to the tune of $2000. Then they told me usually if that board goes out, it causes all these other failures and that I should replace the whole system, and by the way, we’re in a time crunch for a rebate that I only had a few days to get this done to get the rebate that is when I called complete air and heat. They came out and did the same test with the same results however, to replace the board was only at $759. The problem was that board was on back order and then I got a call later in the afternoon, and the owner had called around and found the board in stock at another air conditioning company and had it installed the next day! Complete Air And Heat now does all my servicing and I highly recommend this company. Integrity, reliability, and going above and beyond is #1 in my book. That is what you get with Complete Air and Heat!
Super service. John arrived 15 minutes after placing the phone call. He is very knowledgeable. Found the broken part fast. Explained everything and named the price. Fixed it and explained the new thermostat. John is so friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with this company and it’s service.

Great Company and Customer Service!! They were able to fit me in same day and called me 30 minutes before arriving. Madison the technician was very nice. Figured out the problem quick and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end.
