John was the absolute best! We called on the 4th of July with little hope that anyone could help, but John came out and fixed the AC! He was so professional, knowledgeable and fair. Highly recommend!
My A/C unit went down at around 2a.m. on a Sunday night. Nobody else would come out to fix the problem except AND services and fixed the problem ASAP!!!
They were quick to respond. They were professional and thorough on cleaning up.

the work was excellent and also the technician who came to fix the problem very grateful although they arrived not so fast and I think the charge was a bit high although it is true that you do not charge for hitting but for knowing where to hit
Highly recommend AND Services for A/C work. We had an emergency. AND AC came and saved the day. We were especially impressed with Cory Thornton. He was responsive, polite and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable to start a year contract. Would recommend highly. Ron and Kim Major
Dre was very professional and helpful. The work was explained in detail. Attention to detail as well, with no mess left in the work area. I can use my kitchen sink again.
DeAndre and Brandon were very patient and explained the best work for our needs,they were understanding of our concerns. Cory and his brother were not pushy and also explained what was going to be done and in what order.We needed a drainage system to help with buildup rainwater. My neighbor and myself chose AND..They were here the next day and began work.Very Pleased.
And Services RIPPED ME OFF!!! Their company policy is not to give you an estimate over the phone until they see the job that needs to be done. The technician came to my residence and said the job is simple and the charge will be $120. When he completed the work in less than an hour, I gave him my credit card to pay. Then the technician said that I will receive my receipt in an email in a few minutes. He left and sat in his truck for about 15 minutes before he departed. I thought he was making my receipt. But the receipt never came. I called And Services on several occasions to get my receipt, but could not get a receipt. Then my credit card statement came showing they charged $310 for the work!!! I called two more times to get a detailed receipt of the charges. They finally sent me a BOGUS WORK ORDER RECEIPT with the wrong date of service, wrong technician, inaccurate work performed, and I did not sign the work order. This company is the perfect example of why contract companies get a bad name. I hope they go out of business.

John was great. Came out on a Sunday afternoon. Spent two plus hours with me going over every detail. Answered every question I had. I highly recommend AND services. Ask for John. He was awesome and really knows the A/C business. He got me financed even though my credit isn't the best. He went above and beyond. I usually don't leave reviews but this guy is definitely worth the 5 stars.
