Excellent experience. Mark Lawrence was awesome. Explained all warranties, etc. In the meantime my unit died. He sent Evan & Oliver the next day to install new AC at 12 noon. They were courteous and knowledgeable young men. Mark went out of his way to send me a window unit. Mark was so thoughtful and caring . Completed by 6Pm. My lucky day!!!!!!!! Hallelujah

I was without ac for almost a week found out about this company through our neighborhood mail mark Lawrence the secretary was very helpful and friendly scheduling my a when Daniel Stewart Came he was friendly very professional and knowledgeable he discovered the leak showed it to me and gave me a quote and got me up and running sara actually found out I had a warranty on my unit I knew nothing about this is a great company with a great team I highly recommend definitely will continue to use them thank you for everything cause this heat is no joke thank u Sara for following up after the work was done ..
Daniel continued working until the problem was fixed. He was here for about 3 hours working and checking everything .
We had a comprehensive and very educational evaluation of our current system. We are remodeling parts of our home and wanted to have a full understanding of our options and how those would be impacted by future updates or changes we are making. Danny gave us multiple options and advised on the systems that would suit our needs now and as we continue to make changes in the home. His knowledge of the industry helped us identify things we had not previously considered. I really appreciate the no pressure approach while still giving me options or suggestions on items that could improve the utilization, cleanliness or efficiency of the system. When we are ready for this step I feel confident they will be great to work with.
Installed a heating/air conditioner on May10, 2022.. Fabulous, love it. They did a great job. Maintenance check on June 20, 2023. Excellent, went well..

We needed a new A/C system in our house. After getting multiple companies to quote the job, we knew Air Now was going to be our choice. They were punctual and professional every step of the way. The day Danny came out to see what we would need, before the end of the day we had a thorough quote emailed to us. He followed up the next day to help us with scheduling the job and getting financing info to us. Job was scheduled, Chad & Clayton had the inside and outside units installed well within the promised timeframe. The following day, there was a minor issue. But Air Now had a technician at my house within 1/2 hour (it was after hours) and the issue was resolved. Each visit and/or call was followed by a text or email to make sure our questions were answered and we were satisfied with everything. It’s hard to find professionalism at this level these days, but we found it with Air Now!
When I called at 5AM their call center was on top of it, then got me scheduled for the same day. 92* day meant I was hoping to get serviced ASAP. They were here by NOON and I am back up and running.
Technician was very professional, courteous and respectful. I am very happy with the service and meet my needs to answer my questions/ concerns to be addressed.
They came to service my AC unit and found the float switch full as well as the drain line. Within a matter of 20 minutes my AC unit kicked on and temperature immediately started to decrease. Couldn’t be happier with their quality service and their representative Daniel
