After some research, this business is just a front for Master Home Services Inc. located in Hollywood FL.(those reviews will tell you exactly who you’re dealing with). They aren’t on Sunbiz/BBB. Complete rip off.
all these reviews are fake! do not do business with them unless you want to get ripped off!!! Didn’t fix my AC and didn’t want to come back out to help or refund me! very upsetting!
Do not believe the fake paid reviews about this business. Stevens Air Services works with Master Home Services Inc. located in Hollywood, Florida and those reviews speak for themselves. They are as crooked as it comes, I have tried multiple times to speak to an owner but I still get met with the AC technician TOM who ripped me off and refuses to give me a refund. There is a reason they are not accredited on the better business bureau. I paid them $498 for service and not even a week later my AC is in the same condition that it was in the first place. Their fee to come out & look at the problem is $49, the ac technician Tom removed 4 screws and told me that I needed to pay $99 because he “worked”. I wouldn’t recommend these thieves to anyone!
These people are thieves. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING. My ac was out around 6pm and I scheduled an appointment for someone to check My ac unit from 7-9pm. The technician didn't show up until almost 10pm and he had a magic mushrooms shirt on. He didn't have the appropriate size ladder even though I told the receptionist it was a 3 story building and then after the technician decided he didn't want to climb the ladder even though it just reached to the top of the building they continued to change me $100 even though Mt problem hadn't even been looked at. These people are rude and not honest. Go with ANYONE ELSE .
Jason did a fantastic job cleaning my air duct, some minor repairs and even cleaned up. . A great job at a reasonable price. i definitely use them again. Thank you
My grandmother was having trouble with her air duct. I called the company to help us solve the problem. James arrived immediately and secured the air duct flawlessly. My grandmother was totally impressed!
Awesome company to work with.. They came by and cleaned out my dryer vent today, and the gentleman the tech was very professional.. Will absolutely use again and recommend..

I think Steven Air Services is number one when it comes to air ducts cleaning. They are all professionals even the newly hired cleaners. I surely will recommend this to my friends and relatives.

The technician was professional, explained the price up front, and got the job done quickly. Our house is now much cleaner, and our HVAC system seems to be pumping out much more air, all while being quieter. The house smells better too. Amazing!
