Chris was absolutely the best! He was able to help me out in a nighttime emergency with my air conditioning! I will recommend C&J Air conditioning if you need help with your AC.

This was a great experience having my air conditioner replaced only took a week to get a brand new one in after mine had quit . Chris was great at the attention to all the detail and taking care of everything that needed to get done Great price very satisfied.
I called and spoke to Chris Mead last night for an emergency with my air conditioning not working. He was amazing and so nice and stepped my husband through exactly what to do, and we got it working shortly thereafter. Chris, you were a godsend with having my parents in town and it being hot in my house! Chris was able to source and install a new AC unit for me in the busy (and hot) July season. Installation was smooth even into a tight attic space. He has called twice since installation to check and make sure that everything was working properly and that I was happy with the product and service.
I called and he said he'd come by the next day, no call, so sent a text, said he'd get back to me, and didn't. Called again the next day, he again said he'd back to me and never did. Ok, I understand, we're all busy sometimes, but this is not 5-star service. I have a few properties, and we were looking for a new supplier. We have now gone elsewhere.
This company is excellent. Christopher is a true gentleman. I trust him completely to be fair and honest. His crew was professional and capable. My new air conditioner is the perfect unit for my needs and my home is nice and crispy cool!

Chris was quick to respond to a request for a new AC unit! He was very knowledgeable on recommendations for the appropriate unit for my house and was able to order a unit quickly given Covid delays! Him and his team showed up at scheduled time and worked very efficiently to install on a Friday before a holiday weekend. He helped with warranty registration and even called the night of install and day after (on a holiday weekend) to ensure everything was running correctly! I greatly appreciate your professionalism and follow up as well as your teams hard work! Once again Christopher came out the same day I called to clean out the drain line. Came and went without my knowing he was there. Sent me a picture of what he got out of the line. Great, prompt service as always. Thank you for another job done promptly and efficiently.

This is the most honest business I’ve come across. My A.C unit just stopped working out of nowhere. I called around to see if anyone had a tech to come and take a look same day with no luck. I ended up calling C&J and was on the phone with Christopher (the nicest guy!). He walked me through how to trouble shoot my AC unit. Not even 5 minutes on the phone and my AC turned back on. You don’t come across such a high level of customer service very often. I highly recommend this business for your AC needs. I know I will.

Called Chris at 6:30 PM (business was already closed) and not only did he answered, he then tried to trouble shoot with us over the phone so we could avoid sleeping during the summer without AC. We were so impressed as we’ve never had someone try to trouble shoot and see if it was something we could fix ourselves! He showed up the next day as scheduled, and had what happened to be broke in his truck. He is very nice as well. Great experience.

Chris was an absolute life saver - not once, but twice! He responded quickly to my call and came out to help my dad with a leaky AC. Prices very fair and really knowledgeable, too. Communication was great. Especially since I live out of state, it was difficult to try to help from afar, but he kept me in the loop and made sure things were taken care of. The second time I called and texted first thing in the morning and he was able to help with a broken AC within 2 hours. He saved the day and brought the cool air back. Even texted me when he was done to let me know everything was OK. He will always be the first call I make when something goes wrong! Thank you so much, Chris!!
