The technician’s last name was Smith and he did a very good job. He explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with my unit. He really showed that he cared and was a very good representative of southern air
I had a problem with my central A/C at 6:00pm. Called them, they had me up and running again by 7:30pm same night. How can you beat that? Tyvm Southern Air!

Jamar W, was very patient with all of use questions and elaborated in great detail all of his responses. He did not feel hurried or pressured. I told him our goals and he tailored the service perfect. I want to have this guy as a fishing buddy, he was so personal. I felt like I was working with family. Absolutely recommend and absolute will use this company forever.

Very prompt on a holiday Saturday. Very pleasant, polite, explained and showed us what was wrong. Didn't push a new unit as only solution. But we concluded thats the best solution!

Called Southern Air because they came so highly recommended! We had another HVAC company come out and had to add almost 4 pounds if freon to our system and said we needed a new unit because the parts werent available. We heard Southern Air had financing options so we called to have them come out and run a diagnostic. Jason came out and took a look, told us everything wrong and how much it would be to fix rather quickly. He was super thorough and called another tech to come give us quotes on a new unit, they arrived within 30 min! They are so polite and definitely know what they are talking about. We are just super impressed Thanks ya'll! This post is new and 2 years later. Our compressor seized up and due to out warranty and the service we signed up for through them everything is covered including parts and labor. I called and within an hour they sent a tech out to find the problem. We will be getting a new ac unit hopefully today. This company is super professional and very willing to help! They even let me pay my yearly program fee the next day and not the day they came out because I didn't have the money yet. We are very grateful for this company.
My technician, Robert was exceptional. Professional, polite, courteous, respectful, on time, and explained everything needed for my A/C to be fixed. I highly recommend Southern Air. They are the BEST in Putnam County.
Robert did a great job restoring our service on a late RAINY Friday afternoon. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick responsive services. We are going to be getting a free consultation for replacing our antique unit.

We had Jamar. Not only was it a Sunday afternoon. plus fathers day. Jamar was very prompt, professional and over all great Tech. He kept us informed on things he was doing etc. Southern Air rocks, plain and simple. Having a Tech that was great and efficient, was awesome. We didn't feel pressured to do anything, he gave his thoughts and left it to us. Best part, my Mom lives with me, and when it's hot, she has a really hard time breathing. They even took that into account. For all your AC needs, please check with Southern Air!
We had our home hit by lightning amd air conditioner stopped working, they were able to come out the same day to figure out the problem and have our ac up and running again.
Jamar came out on Saturday to take care of to take care of our HVAC unit that had stopped working during a thunderstorm. He had to check the outside unit during another thunderstorm, he never complained and always had smile. He was polite and courteous. Very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend Southern Air.
When we moved to Florida and started using a heat pump we called on Southern Air to do our maintenance. We have never had to do a repair. I was educated on care on our unit and given good advice. I would always have them do our preventative maintenance. No break downs no worries.
