Good food, and great experience.
Well, I don’t write to many of these reviews but I am not doing justice for all to know what great people they are!!! I have used these people a few times now and they are always very professional and do exactly what they say they are going to do and do it when they agreed to do it!! Anyway, Mr. Dwyer came to the house and basically could have sold me a new unit but instead gave me an option to fix the part in question saving me thousands of dollars!!! I already had my mind made up and was going to bite the bullet but instead of this company up selling me they treated me almost like family and fixed the issue and installed the new part without any issues!!! These guys are beyond honest but definitely something that is of a dying breed people with integrity and not fed by greed!! 5 star review and strongly recommend!!
I called on a Sunday and Seth was out here in 20 minutes. He was very professional and fixed the problem. I will ALWAYS use this service and recommend them to whoever needs them.

My a/c unit wasn't working. I called Palatka Heating and Air and though they had just closed, they found a Technician to come over. 2 techs came, fixed the unit and was finished within an hour. My elderly mother just got out of total knee replacement surgery. It was 86° inside. I want to thank them for the professionalism. Definitely recommend Palatka Heating and Air.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!! We had their “installation crew” come set a new unit, and use their service techs for any and all HVAC issues. The crew was polite and answered any and all questions we had about the new unit, as well as some tips to help our unit run better for longer.
