Mike and his team are truly amaxing, professional, excellent at what they do, and went above and beyond installing a new HVAC system for us during two hot summer days here in Central Florida. Their work ethic and the team working together respectfully to accomplish a task is truly an example. Great job, and thank you!!
Tyler saved the day! He was kind and confident that he could fix out AC unit, even though it is an old complicated unit. He did not quit until the problem was fixed. We can’t thank you all enough! You’ve got customers for life!

Great crew! Installed new HVAC in 2 days...broke down old unit and installed new unit. Gave us options on a/c units & price. System installed keeps us cold in the Florida summer.
Very professional! Tyler serviced my AC and then few wks later one of my copper lines cracked and mike came out within a few hours of me calling and fixed it! They are awesome!

I called Masters for an estimate. Unfortunately, they were not able to help, but Mike went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and found another company that could help me. Who does that anymore? They really impressed me with that kind of service that they weren't required to give.
Master Air came in at a time where we were being told by another company we needed to replace our 7 year old unit. After Mike inspected the unit, it was a maintenance issue costing a few hundred dollars vs thousands of dollars. From that moment they earned my business and they gained my trust. Several years later still have same unit and Mike and Josh are both great to come to our assistance if something is going on with the unit and prolonging the life of the unit. Very accommodating and punctual..Thanks for the great service!
Came home to no AC this afternoon. Called and left a message at 4:38 that I needed someone to look at my unit. They called me back within 10 minutes and were at my home 15 minutes later. The technician was very courteous and professional. Assessed the situation, explained what he was doing and had my unit running in 30 minutes. They were very affordable. I was really glad I called them!
Josh and Tyler were very quick to get the problem solved (stupid snake!) Very professional, would definitely recommend them time and time!

All I can say is these folks are OUTSTANDING. I have been burned before and am in no way a trusting person when it comes to the appliance (or automotive) industry. I can't say enough, so honest and nice. I left a message at 3am, and Mike called me immediately after they opened at 8am, and Josh was here before 9am! And he was SUPER nice. Where do you get service like that in the AC industry. The issue was a simple capacitor fix, they don't try to push anything else on you and they even offered helpful advice. So highly recommended, and I'll be a customer for life. Some of these bigger companies just don't realize they will gain much more over time by simply being honest and genuine instead of trying to nickel and dime ya to death.
Would definetly reccomend- Called 1st thing in morning after unit stopped blowing cold air night before. Tyler was at my door about a hour and half later. ( which is amazing considering time of year) He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Within alittle over a hour everything was working great!!!! Thanks for great service you dont see a lot of that these days!!!
Master Air put in a new unit for me 6 months ago. They came out and did my 6 month check up today and replaced my filter. Top quality business and very professional business. Thanks Mike and Tyler
The best AC company in Florida. Unfortunately for me I called them 3rd. I won't make that mistake again. They sent a knowledgeable professional ADULT with years of experience. The others sent kids who knew less about AC than I do. I highly recommend this 5 star company. My search for a honest, reliable AC repair is over 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You won't find me using any other AC group in this area. AC stopped working and they were out here fixing it until almost midnight. My repair person got an emergency call for our issue right after he had finished all of his work tickets that day; they went home and ate a quick meal, then were right back out working on our issue. You won't find a more professional, more dedicated, more transparent, or more fairly priced business in the area. They made a customer for life.
A/C stopped working Sunday night, I called them Monday morning, and my A/C was fixed by lunch. Very nice, personable and affordable. I will definitely use them in the future!
5 pm last night we heard a big bang. Yep, was the AC unit stopped running. Called Master Air, and Josh was here within Minutes! Identified the Issue, and the repair was done immediately! Needed a new HVAC system installed. Mike and Frank were great getting me a quote. Josh, Tyler and Henry did amazing work to get everything installed. I have an older home (1950) and a lot of work went into getting it done. Thanks to them, I have ice cold AC! Everyone was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, explained processes of the installation and answered any questions we had.
