We are very impressed with Heart Heating and Air Condtioning Compay of Orange City. We are very pleased with the professionalism efficiency, and politeness of the Owner, Kevin Paradysz. He was fast and got the job done. He did an outstanding job. I can't say enough about him. He went the extra mile to get our Air Conitioner up and running. He made sure we were taken care of.
Honest, excellent service, great priced.
Prices were definitely reasonable and fair. Chris and Tyler came out to give us an estimate and they eventually came back to do the work. Both were fast and efficient, and very cool to speak with. I would definitely recommend their services and will keep them in mind if I ever need AC services in the future.
Ralph came out this (Sunday) morning to complete a repair on my A/C unit. He was very professional and explained the cause of the issue while he worked to get my A/C back up and running. I will be calling them for any service going forward.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Heart Heating & Air, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the team at Heart Heating & Air were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I initially reached out because my AC quit working right before the July 4th weekend while we were hosting family from out of town. Katie answered the phone and was friendly and courteous, and they scheduled an appointment right away. We weren’t home when the technician could come out so we gave him a temporary code to the front door because we have cameras we knew we could see what was going on. They quickly identified the problem and while the part wasn’t available, they were able to create a temporary solution so we could at least have A/C. When the technicians came out later to make the final repair, they were professional, introduced themselves and quickly diagnosed the issue. They determined that we could make an expensive repair, but the unit was at the end of its life and we would be better off replacing it. We decided to wait to save a little money, but to also shop around for the best price. After speaking with a couple other companies, we found that the unit did in fact need to be replaced and that Heart Heating & Air had the best price. The install team was also professional, introduced themselves and advised us what we could expect for the day. They were very knowledgeable and identified a device from the power company that would need to be disconnected during the install. They also told us that the part was part of a program from the power company and that by participating we should be getting a discount on our bill (the home was purchased as a foreclosure and we didn’t know about it). Your tech David was on time, a pleasant guy to chat with, and explained everything clearly. David avoided an extra delay by noticing that the parts supplier gave him the wrong TXV. He doubled back to get the correct one before getting too far down the road. Excellent service!
It has been a great experience working with Heart Heating and Air, anytime we need anything they are there the same day or the next day in the morning, The tech's are like family and friendly. Dawn is great and always reachable. Thanks for being awesome!

I was recommended to use Hearts Heating & Air by a neighbor. I was disappointed they charged $312. To add freon and diagnostic fee. Advised there was a leak in evap coil. I call another company for a second opinion. They stated that goodman ac air handler is stilll modern .it end up being a hole on the copper line outside that needed to be brazing by the condenser. This could have been fix in the first day by Hearts heating and air. But they wanted to sell me a evap coil instead. And they never follow up anyways.. don't recommend them. Posted a picture of the receipt from them stating that I need a new evap coil. . And picture of the copper line where it was leaking. parts 2 company reach out to me and apologize and credit some back. . Change my rating from 1 star to 3 star .
We had our ac installed by Heart a little under a year ago. They are by far the best around. We had an issue on Sunday and our AC stopped working. I didn’t really want to call them out but I could not live with this heat. Someone answered right away and told me a tech would be at my house between 3-5. He came to our house investigated the problem and fixed it right away. This company is so professional and courteous. Truly a customer oriented business. I will refer family and friends to them. There is no other choice.
Chuck was very knowledgeable and helpful! He took me at my word when I told him what I thought was wrong with the a/c and didn't patronize me. He showed me how to tell when the part was bad and explained what the part was for. Definitely recommend this company!
Came out and did maintenance on our unit before we had an issue with the aggressive Florida heat. Service was scheduled quickly and the tech was knowledgeable and efficient.
The technician showed up about 15 minutes after I called. The unit was fixed really quick. I will absolutely be using them again
Since they put in my ac i have never had to worry about a thing. If I needed help in anyway, I just called they answered my questions or came out to take care of the problem. I am very pleased with the work they have done and the service they perform on my ac.
