Daniel came out the same morning I called in when my AC went out. The day was very hot and muggy. He was awesome, what a relief to have a company that I can count on to keep me cool during the dog days of summer! I have used Max Air for 9 years and have always been very happy!
Daniel came out today after a drip pan overflow in my attic. He checked the drain line, coils and ran full diagnostics. He was very professional, kind and efficient Max Air has been my go to since about 2007. I have an old unit which is still running due to their services. They do their best to fix the issue for reasonable costs and never have tried to sell me on something I don't need.
Just had Daniel the tech here for my yearly service. Outstanding guy. Another great service provided by Max Air. Highly recommend them.
My experience was awesome! From the first phone call until all repairs were complete - hard to find this nowadays. The person who answered the phone I believe was Christina - she was wonderful! The two young men, DJ and Daniel, who responded were super knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend for any AC needs! I don't ever leave reviews however this experience was just to great to not leave a review! Good business and hard work should be always be noted!
I had a furnace/a/c tune up scheduled with Max-Air. The Tech who showed up was Daniel. Daniel was wonderful to work with. He was professional, friendly, efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am a retired Corporate Trainer and Manager and taught Customer Service for years. Daniel is a shining example of excellent Customer Service and he is a great representative for Max-Air. I will definitely be using this company again when the need arises.
I have been using this company for 6 years or longer. I have them come out twice a year to check my AC which is older. They are reliable, reasonable and they do not advertise because they don't need to. I've had two other companies prior to them and will never use any other company for my AC including to replace it when the time comes other than this company. Very very happy customer.
Two service calls and both times I have been pleased. Will continue to use them as needed.

The service technicians and office staff were very professional. As far as the Goodman AC unit, time will tell!? Hopefully all will go well as is such the case now. I would definitely recommend Max-Air to anyone interested in purchasing or service. Thank you Max-Air.
VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIANCE....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--- they are RUDE, DISHOUNEST, TERIIBLE SERVICE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. This company has two very young unprofessional technician with no experience. They even could not perform a annual maintenance job correctly... came out twice and could not fix the leak. They diagnose based on TRIEL and ERROR. THERE ARE HANEFULL OF AC/HEATING AND 5 STARS COOLING COMPANYES IN OCALA WITH MUCH HIGHER REVIEWS ....Mary B.
The owners wife and son were very helpful. This is the first new AC unit I have ever purchased. She worked with me to help me understand the process.
My 16 year old AC unit stopped working. Due to the cost of the repair I opted to replace the unit. Max Air installed it in about 4 hours and even built a cover between the ac unit and the house to protect the ducts which is above and beyond what I expected. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Max Air is my new long term AC company for any problems. I highly recommend.

Solicitamos un servicio para limpiar los ductos o lo que fuera necesario pq sentíamos que no llegaba aire acondicionado para las habitaciones. Fue Darrel. El fue muy amable en explicarnos la situación y mostrándonos. No era limpieza de ductos pues el problema era el motor que ya no funcionaba correctamente. El dejo que tomaramos la decisión. Nos dijo: si no desean instalar el motor está bien, trataré de hacer algo para tratar de solucionar el problema. Mi esposo y yo decidimos de una vez arregla ese problema poniendo el motor nuevo ya que el otro tiene ya casi 20 años. Ojala funcione como debe ser. Pronto lo irán a instalar.
Max Air has been servicing our system for years. They are honest and reliable and never pressure you to buy a new system even though we need one. Technician Darrell was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.
We had a new Amana central A/C and air handler installed two years ago. The service and installation was outstanding, the technicians were very professional. We have had no problems with the system. I definitely recommend using Max-Air. They will have my business if I ever need any work done
I have had Max Air install 2 heat pumps over the last six years as we have 2 systems at our house. They are as good as it gets. They don't try to oversell you and they are very thorough in their work. It would be great if all other businesses could do as well. They are very prompt in every detail. It is comforting to be a customer for their services. No worries ever. Thank you for everything.
