David arrived promptly to address our emergency call at night and resolved our A/C malfunction quickly. My husband is a disabled veteran with COPD so he needs to be in an air conditioned environment. We are very happy with David’s prompt response to our urgent call and his professionalism. We highly recommend him.
David was very professional, courteous. Upon arriving, he immediately started troubleshooting to determine what the problem was with my AC unit. Once he determined the problem, he proceeded to repair. Once the repairs was completed, he explained how to maintain the unit.
David Worthington came to my house yesterday shortly after 3 pm. He worked hard for several hours and finally had my air conditoning back in service. He did an excellent job. Joseph Gary Malloy

Originally, I was fairly satisfied. Now I realize I was grossly overcharged, and the system that was put in has had many issues. To be fair, their technicians David and David are both great and very honest guys. They did what they could, but ultimately, the blame falls on the salesman and the installers. The owner seems somewhat reasonable, but I'm still not happy about overpaying by several thousand dollars for a system that has had many issues in such a short time.
Dave our tec was very professional and courteous he was on time did a great job servicing our air conditioning.
David was very knowledgeable and very professional. Had our air conditioning running in less than an hour including part replacement time.
David was very polite and professional.He had to connect the HVAC ,it had come off.There wasn't much room to fit up there but he did it.Otherwise he would of had to cut the wall and I would of had to hire a carpenter.He saved me money.Very neat man and cares about doing a good job.Have had this company for a long time.I definitely recommend All Star heating and airconditioning.

Power surge kicked off our AC this afternoon. David was quick to pinpoint the problem and had us call Duke Energy.

We purchased our home about 1.5 years ago, was previously a rental, management company used a local group for AC maintenance. We continued to use them because we thought they knew the system. Unfortunately, at the worst possible time, we found out our unit was in bad shape, contrary to what we had been told. Recently learned about Allstar, gave us a Free 2nd opinion, shocked at how bad our system was, revealing biological debris blowing into our home, making us quite ill. Allstar gave us the truth up front, installed a whole new system, happy so far. Glad to find this company, in good hands now.
Technicians were highly knowledgeable and professional. Company kept me informed of all aspects of the installation, ie when technicians would be coming out, what to expect. Service was immeasurable. I would highly recommend this company.
AllStar recently performed a full replacement of our central air system, our old system had several problems with air flow and the old unit was inadequate for our size house. The team at AllStar responded quickly and re-engineered our whole system to provide better air flow and energy savings. We are very satisfied with the end product, the team at AllStar did a fantastic job and worked tirelessly to deliver a high quality solution.
After reading Joe Cox's review, I didn't look any further and called All Star telling them my home A/C was completely out. Six days later, they still have not returned my call.
