Henry was well-informed and quick in performing his job of giving us a new heater. He removed the old one and installed the new without any help. He was in and out within one and a half hours and we were back enjoying the heat again. I cannot thank McCarthy Heating & Cooling CO enough!
My furnace was 33 years old and when it broke down I knew I wanted it replaced so I called McCarthy Heating & Cooling since they had such good ratings. They made the whole thing a breeze and there quality of work is amazing. The technicians knew exactly what they were doing and repaired all my heating appliances. Great job guys I will be calling for servicing next year!
This company is prestigious- they walk you through everything and work very hard to make you happy. The service techs are polished and knowledgeable and they are always very punctual. You can't find a better company to handle your heating and air conditioning needs.
Twice now my basement has flooded. Mark and McCarthy Heating & Cooling Co have come to my rescue. Unlike most contractors, the people from McCarthy Heating & Cooling Co actually showed up on time, did the work promised and did a great job at it. They dealt with all of the insurance stuff on my behalf which saved me a ton of time and work. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again if I needed to.
Very reliable techs and exceptional customer service. I had work done on my air conditioner- specifically the capacitor and frion replaced. Mark was excellent and did the work perfectly. He was very courteous and easy to work with. The pricing was reasonable as well. I had an excellent experience with McCarthy Heating & Cooling CO and highly recommend them!
