Called for a quote on my air conditioner and they gave me the best price I could ask for! They were very professional and friendly, and even took time to explain everything to me in detail. They came out within 24 hours of my call, which was fantastic. They did not leave until everything was perfect, and they even offered to help clean up after themselves when they left. I will definitely be using them again!

The staff was very professional and pleasant. They were very thorough in their inspections of both units and in the installation of the new system. Gave me many options for systems, including very economical ones. No sales pressures but informative. There was a small misunderstanding about what I wanted with duct cleaning. They went above and beyond to quickly take care of what I wanted to ensure that I was a happy customer. I highly recommend Conway Heating & Cooling Service!!

Great follow up to confirm when the technician was on his way, and had a very honest conversation about the condition of my furnace. My heat is on, and I have a plan for the additional work required. Kudos!
Extremely dedicated, honest and professional. The expert admitted that the issue with our furnace was related to a power connection that was left unattached as a result of a prior service call. As such, there was no charge for the service and the unit was connected properly and functioning fully within minutes. Very happy!!

The best experience I have ever had dealing with a technician. Denis was very knowledgeable and experienced in performing regular maintenance on our air conditioning system. I was very impressed with the service rendered and the great suggestions he gave to keep our system working properly.
