Austin Coulter and David Hood were extremely knowledgeable and provided me with great advice and tips on how to maintain my unit. Our water heater broke down on Saturday, and I was unable to fire the pilot. They scheduled my appointment for Monday at 2 p.m., and I was repaired by noon on Tuesday. Throughout the service, both technicians were knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. I wholeheartedly endorse!
