Working as the GC on a Commercial project (healthcare buildout) in North Miami, we found ourselves a true diamond in the rough with regard to the Cyclone Mechanical team! Hard working, industry intelligent, efficient...their crew(s) really kicked it into high gear when the project hit its proverbial speedbumps. Would highly recommend for projects of any size!

I had a situation where another AC company sold me a very expensive AC unit just to unload it, and I paid three times what I should of paid for an AC unit for my home. I couldn't get the parts because no one could get them in a reasonable amount of time. I had called several companies that where dealers and they couldn't help me until Cyclone Mechanical got involved. Between Ralf and Tony and the Amana Rep., approving not just the part but the whole outside unit, this monstrous job finally got completed . This company has the muscle, integrity, and honesty plus the knowledge in getting the job done right and quick. I am truly grateful for all involved from Cyclone to the Amana Rep. that stood behind their product and got this job done right. Without hesitation use this company.
Very professional staff starting from management and office staff all the way to the technicians. Honest group that is not out just for the money. They took the time to explain different repair options rather than just tell me I have to replace my entire unit. Highly recommend.
So appreciative of their service and time, initially I was going to have to wait for the following day and once I informed them about my nephew’s medical condition and how high heat affects him, they made arrangements to come out today after hours. Thank you again!

I am beyond pleased pleased with Tony, Geraldo and the Cyclone team. We had 2 other companies that came and went but Geraldo came and got the job down even though we had an issue with the management company in our building, they were extremely patient with us and got the job done. I have an old A/C unit. Other technicians were stumped and recommended a new unit. Rafael quickly found the issue and proceeded to fix my A/C. Quick, Clean and at a Good Price!

Definitely the best A/C repair company I've ever worked with. The guys are solid and trust worthy. They explain all the issues in layman terms and put a variety of options on the table for you with pros, cons, and pricing. Pricing is extremely fair, with most of the cost going to the parts themselves. They are very fast and excellent with communication. I will never consider another company again. Always Cyclone.

My A/C needed to be replaced after 14 years of service. This place was recommended by a family member. It's always difficult to find a business that is not trying to oversell you on more that what you need. The tech that came to my home for the estimate was professional and informative. He provided me with an estimate that was reasonable and only for what i asked for. The installation was completed same week and at my convenience. The techs were clean and quick with their installation which only took a couple of hours. The follow up customer service was amazing. I received a call after the installation to ask how satisfied I was with work and follow up calls to ensure the new unit was working to standard. Great job guys. I will most definitely use again.
