Ken and James installed all of the HVAC equipment as part of the construction of our home and we have always gone back to them for scheduled maintenance. Have had nothing but great experiences with everyone including the people answering phones and the service techs all the way up to ownership.
I previously posted an issue with Ron's Heating & Air Conditioning and I am retracting my statement. The owner is very hands on when an issue occurs and he will get involved to resolve the problem. You can tell after speaking with him, he takes great pride in ownership and if you are in the market for a new AC, I would recommend calling Ron's Heating & Air Conditioning

I have had a maintenance contract with Ron's Heating & Air Conditioning. Our Furnace and AC are 8 years old, and we have never had a mix-up with them. I believe it is because of the quality, meticulous service we receive from them. I really trust Craig and request him each time for my service and they always make sure to accommodate me!!
Craig at Ron's Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job installing my new AC system in my living room. After calling him he explained the benefits and approximate cost of the split system vs a wall unit which uses a lot more electricity. He was able to schedule me in a lot sooner than expected. They got the job done quickly and were very neat in their work. overall a very satisfied customer and he made the process very easy for me. His quote was reasonable too. Highly recommend!
