My AC stopped working on the weekend. Chris was dispatched and arrived within the hour- much quicker than I expected. Very knowledgeable and great service! Will definitely use again. Update: Had to use this company again for another AC disaster and the service is still top notch! Will continue to use and refer!

They wanted to charge me $165 dollars for a clogged drain line.
A/C unit was blowing hot. Called Dr. HVAC, Chris showed up within 2 hours. Repaired the issue amd now we are cooling down. Great company, highly recommended giving them a call.
I would highly recommend Dr. HVAC to anyone needing any help with their A/C. They were professional and prompt from the initial estimate to the completion of the work. The staff and installers are very nice and were easy to work with, plus they gave me a reasonable price for all the work that was done. I am overall very happy and satisfied with the company.

We had problem with AC on Sunday and most of company doesn’t work on weekend, but luckily, we found Dr.HVAC. They are so understandable, helpful, sincere and Of course very professional. He knows exactly what to do and how to handle the issue. He took only 10-15 mins to fixed the AC. After that he took his time to explain the problem and give us the easy hints to help AC for long run. If you have any problems with AC, trust me. Dr.HVAC is the best company you should call. ☺️

Dr.HVAC staff were very professional, explained to us all the work that needed to be completed and their proposal to get it done. Once the scope was agreed, they were very efficient in completing the work. We highly recommend Dr.HVAC.
I've had a brand new AC unit installed and it went so great that a year later, I reached out to Dr HVAC to change out my mini split in my home addition. The only reason I did not call at first was because I live further away but I was really not happy with the local companies I dealt with, who seemed a bit shady or were just not punctual for quotes which is a big NO in my book. After explaining to Nadira what my priorities where in a unit, I was able to get exactly what I needed at a very fair and honest price. I know this for sure because a previous company quoted me a ridiculous amount for the same unit a few weeks prior but I knew it was way overpriced and I'm glad I walked away. They're extremely professional, responsive, arrive exactly on time, BOTH times. Polite and always clean up, you never even know they were there! I would 100% recommend Chris and his team for your HVAC needs.
We had the UV treatment installed. We had the AC unit completely cleaned out. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Super nice and spent lots of time educating us on best options.

Highly, highly recommend Dr.HVAC, and especially the excellent technicians Lance and Ricardo! Called midday on a Sat regarding an unresponsive thermostat/AC system, and while there was no weekend availability (it was a non-emergency), it was only a short turnaround for an appointment first thing Monday. All the personnel I spoke with, from intake (Nadira, I think) to techs, were patient and helpful, considering the property is a family member’s and I didn’t know much about the system or its history. Special thanks to Lance and Ricardo, who make an awesome team: timely, professional, friendly and super efficient! They diagnosed and resolved the immediate issues in no time, and kept me informed on their findings and recommendations. That they did so while tolerating a sweltering condo and my extremely loud dog doing everything in his power to escape the room where he was being kept, was all the more impressive! Overall, the service was smooth and straightforward from start to finish, and delivered what was needed—cool air and a fully operational thermostat! In terms of value—I’m not from the area, but considering their efficiency, the prices seemed fair, as did those for suggested near-future updates ( I felt no pressure to make a call on those services, which to me is great customer service, but it was helpful to pass along to the homeowner. Add’l info and photos were provided with the invoice as well).
The company found that my AC SER 16 was working only at 40%, after their review and repair my AC is properly working as it should be. Thank you .

Update on original review: Bump up to 5 stars!! The booster I had installed 6 weeks ago stopped working and I was back to square 1. I had an emergency situation and I was able to get everything resolved in a timely manner. Chris and Junior were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the pricing and the install quality of my new unit. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Service was great and timely. Dispatch fee was very fairly priced. Chris came out right on time and was very kind and professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me a quote to replace my entire unit. However, I was hoping he would offer me a booster to fix the overload problem and he didn’t. I had a booster installed and it fixed my problem without having to change my condenser.
