Edit: one year later and a few more calls for service and they are still awesome. These guys are awesome. On two occasions I have had AC issues that required their methodical process of elimination to find the problem. They didn't start throwing parts at it first like some other places that just like to run up the bill. Communication was great, their technicians are great, I'm happy giving them my business.
Amazing service in every respect. Prompt response--technician here within the hour. Expert appraisal of my A/C problem and precise estimate of cost, followed by immediate start of repair! ( A leading A/C advertiser had earlier in the day insisted I needed a completely new, costly system installed.) My Ice-C technician simply advised me my A/C motor had died and he would immediately install a new one....and ZOOM! my A/C was on, operating perfectly in no time! I'm thrilled to have connected with a strictly honest, totally competent firm. Thank you, Ice C Cool.

I have used Ice C Cool for my main HVAC unit and also for a split air conditioner for the garage-office. They are professional, nice and fairly priced. We also use them for our yearly maintenance. It’s a blessing to find a company you can trust . Highly recommended

We used Ice C Cool to install insulation in the attic and garage of our house. Rick stopped by the house and explained what was needed in terms of the number of bags required to reach an R30 level for the surface area of the house which turned out to be correct. He scheduled the work for a day alter. He was courteous on the phone and very patient in answering all my questions and concerns. The crew he sent to do the work were highly competent and quite friendly. They did an outstanding job and the price was far below the competitors that I had reached out to before calling Rick, Bottom line, a great company, outstanding work, and lowest prices. Highly recommend them.
Such a great company! Always makes time for our residents and has great prices! I've used them many times for my rentals and my personal residence and they are always on time, commutative and offer great value! Your get more than you pay for!
At first I thought they were great, but I come to find out what they installed was junk, and they never registered the parts for warranty, and it’s now costing me 500 dollars to fix it cause there never was a warranty. So beware.
Ramfis Marzan did a wonderful job at my moms house with her AC and Duct work. He was very knowledgable and he worked very clean. We are extremely happy with his work and would refer him to all of our family and friends!!!

My A/C stopped working. I called Ice C Cool. They sent someone out within 2 hours. I was told that my fan motor was broken. The serviceman confirmed that the motor was still under factory warranty. He removed the motor and installed a "generic motor." He came back a few days later with the Rheem motor to swap it out with the "generic motor." All work and services were performed perfectly and to my satisfaction. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very fair price too. You can trust these guys. Great job Marlon. Thank you.
My old AC unit finally gave out on a Saturday and it was brutally hot so I called them on recommendation that night and left a message. They called back on a Sunday and had the entire AC system replaced by 1:00pm Monday. The owner Rick would always text back promptly when I had any questions. I received a quality Rheem system at a very good price. Was totally satisfied with the entire experience.
They are very responsible, been a client for 4 years and never had an issue with them.
We replaced the handler which is in the attic and the compressor a couple of days ago. We also added a return in the master bedroom. My husband and I are very pleased with the end result. We decided to go with this company after having several companies come out to give us quotes. Ice-C-Cool Mechanical was the most reasonabley priced and they installed a quality brand not some knock-off brand. We were given a quote Wednesday and by 10:00am the next day they were here. I received a call from the office to let me know the crew was on their way, nice. I appreciated the heads up. I was surprised when the owner of the company (Rick) arrived with his crew. To me it shows he cares about his customers. They were on time, professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company. The best and most reliable service. If you call them they are always there. They provide a service very professional. They installed an A/C and an Air Handler. The installation was clean and in a timely fashion. The owner of this company ia very responsible and his employees too. The price is very fair for a job well done. Anyone writing a review below 5 stars might have an ill conection to competitors. I C Cool is highly recommended by me as a Google Local Guide.
They came quickly, worked out what needed to be done (remove water/replace insulation and condensate pump) came back later and took care of it thoroughly at a reasonable price. Polite and professional. Messy job and they minimized the mess and cleaned up the rest completely. Been calling this company/Rick for over a decade.
They came quickly and cleaned the ducts. We have cool, nice smelling air now. THANK YOU. MARLIN AND ENRIQUE solved the problem of "not enough air in the second bedroom" and "too much air and mildew smell" in the main bedroom. Bravo, guys! SAME DAY SERVICE
Called to get a quote to repair my AC unit. They sent over a proposal for $1700 with very little detail on why it was needed. I called to get more details and was met with frustration and seeming disbelief that I had the audacity to ask details about the proposal. That was on a Wednesday. I followed up on Thursday, no response. Friday, no response, Saturday, no response. They disappeared after I asked some simple questions about the work that needed to be done. I wouldn't recommend.
