I got an estimate in Nov 2022. 4 months later I decided to have 2 complete A/C systems (heat pumps & air handlers). CoolEdge kept the same price, same warranty, and started work within a week. They finished the job in two days. No issues at all. The two men Who did the work were professionally and courteous. They answered all my dumb questions and took any concerns seriously. They knew we were closing on the house and prioritized getting the permit completed. I am very pleased with the outcome as well as the office staff.

We used them previously to repair our refrigerator, unfortunately they are no longer repairing appliances, only AC units. They need to updated their web pages.

They found the problem and saved me money. Cool Edge took the time to assess and correctly determine the point of failure missed by a major regional company. This saved me about 75% what had been previously quoted. Very professional and never talked badly of their competitor. Walked me through the new thermostat and made sure everything was properly working. I highly recommend Cool Edge.

Each time, since 2012 that I’ve had routine service or repair with Chris and his father in law, Bill, I have felt completely comfortable with the exceptional advice, pricing snd services provided. Today Chris and an associate replaced my old HVAC SYSTEM with a new 17.5 SEER state of the art Champion system. The whole project was completed in about 5.5 hours. Reliable honest service and advice are valuable commodities not often found in today’s environment. I’m grateful for our mutual business relationship and proud that Chris has been handed the baton and is ushering in the new business name with consistent integrity.

As usual, Cool Edge was here to save the day! They know I actually need more work done than I actually have time or money for right now, especially since this happened during two family losses.
