FL-Air Heating & Cooling is legit! We had a cooling issue, first one in this home; after looking online for referrals we decided to call them. Upon calling, Coral was great in understanding our issues and getting us scheduled. While scheduling us, she mentioned communicating our situation with their Ops Manager Steve; she came back and said they were going to try to get to us day of; and they did! They used email and text to keep us informed; from scheduling us, when their tech was en route (with a photo and tech name), and after, once the job was complete including an invoice and receipt for our records. Ryan was great from the moment he got here. He was very approachable; he knew exactly what he wanted to do and do when. I truly appreciated his professionalism. He even humored me as I asked if I could watch and ask questions. I highly recommend them; and will certainly call them first if I encounter future issues with my systems.
I've had a service plan FL-Air Heating & Cooling for several years and don't have a single complaint. Robert serviced my unit and was super professional and courteous. AC is always in top shape and they are quick to respond if I need them to come out for a call.
Called FL-Air because my A/C was not running properly. Was told they would be out in a few hours that they can fit me in. They did not lie. Mark, the owner showed up himself within a few hours and had my A/C up and running. Checked out the rest of the system and gave me some pointers. Very knowledgeable and went right to work.
Saved us from dying from heat exhaustion. Nobody else could come out for days they were there in hours. Fantastic company.
The AC at my MIL’s house stopped working. I called in the am and they were able to send a technician in just a few hours. Robert arrived and was very polite and professional. He was dressed in in a clean, new unit. He quickly identified the problem, explained the fix and provided a price estimate. He had the parts in his truck and had the AC working in short order. I would highly recommend.
Dispatcher called very helpful very nice got all the notes down for the technician setup appointment and Robert the technician texted to tell what time he was coming very nice knows what he doing very knowledgeable in his job he asked me questions he said one thing you’re back with cold air in 10-15 mins he’s was done.very nice guy know how to take care customers right he does deserve the appreciation that takes care of the customer right.god bless Robert for coming out.very fast company response to the very fast thank you for fixing my air conditioner.I definitely recommend them
Robert came in and was very professional, timely and resolved our air issue immediately. He made it so we could enjoy our weekend and not have to worry about our air conditioning. He additionally provided different solutions for long term maintenance

Called after 8:00pm and received a quick call back from the service department (Channing was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped put me at ease) and was able to schedule us for the next morning. Technician (Eric) came on time and was professional, courteous, and did a great job walking me through the process as he was working. I would recommend FL-Air Heating and Cooling.
After calling 6 other companies and finding out no one could service our air conditioning for over a week, I called FL-Air, and they kindly worked me in as an emergency situation and were out and the problem fixed within 3 hours. They were excellent, and did everything professionally and friendly. I will definitely use them again.
Low cost for visit and great service once they arrived. *Adding more, used them again since the last review and same great level of service.

What a great experience! Robert came to clean my 12-year-old AC today. In the time I've had this unit, I've had several companies service it, but none to this level of care. Robert's work was meticulous, thorough, and very well explained. And on a side note he is very pleasant and personable. Extremely happy with choosing FL Air to maintain my unit.

After contacting 8 different AC providers (one for which we had service contract) on Friday evening & Saturday morning, NONE returned calls or texts except FL-Air Heating & Cooling. Not only did they promptly send someone out (Robert Johnson, who worked with us & offered viable options without any high pressure selling), but had a new unit installed, as promised, early Monday morning. VERY friendly & informative staff and installation crew. Highly recommend & would give more than 5 stars if available.
Robert came out today and was excellent. He was open about what was going on, trouble shot what needed to get done, and didn’t leave until the job was done. Highly recommend FL Air and ask for Robert. He knew what he was doing, asked for help to his boss if needed, and was just a kind and honest person. I never felt pressure on anything. Thank you for ensuring we have a cool weekend!

Great customer service! I called because my air conditioning wasn't working and they were able to get me an appointment just a few hours later on the same day. Robert came out and was able to get my system back up and running quickly. He explained to me what the issue was and what needed to be done to correct it. He was patient with answering my questions. All communications with the company were very professional and kind. They provided great customer service, and I definitely recommend them!
