Called for repair of our ac that wasn’t working for over a week and they came out same day and fixed it within an hour - very professional and friendly would definitely recommend
Very honest and efficient. They came at my house on holiday, fix the pool heater and a/c. The guys are so fast reliable. I super recommend. ( No expensive)☺️

They couldn't start the air conditioner system. Sent two tech that didn't do know what or where was the problem. To top it off the first tech left the system outside uncovered, up in the attic as well and said he needed to leave to Port Charlotte and left us with no functioning air conditioner to charge me $529 and no job was completed. Never will I use them or recommend to others.
Luis gave us a very reasonable price and worked within our time frame. He made the experience seamless. His technicians were knowledgeable, trustworthy, clean, and polite. We were so impressed with ValAir that they earned our semi annual service. We feel that we finally found our HVAC company, meaning one that we can count on to be honest.
Came home from vacation to a warm house on a Sunday and Mother’s Day. ValAir was the only company to come out to help. Not only that, but AC was fixed within an hour. So grateful for the kindness and honesty from the attendant. Fair price, especially for a weekend and holiday. We will use them again for our AC needs.

Came home from a vacation to a warm house on Mother’s Day. Called ValAir and they were at my house with the air fixed within an hour (on a Sunday, holiday). They were quick, kind, and honest. So grateful for their prompt service!
Great experience. AC went out, and the techs came out found the problem (burnt out compressor still under warranty), they were able to locate a new one, and get it installed in the same day. Was worried about going without AC over the weekend, but they were expedient and professional every step of the way.
A…MA…ZING!!! My condenser went out and Val Air had someone at my house in under an hour on a weekend. They did an inspection, explained the issue thoroughly, gave me a GREAT price, and had me up and running with a new system within 24 hours. Loving it!

Been using them for years now, wouldn’t change them! They stay late in an emergency, until it’s fix. They are super caring, conscious, asking for paper towels or anything to don’t leave a mess, that’s a huge plus! The best company with the best team, very fair in price too!
This business is composed of very nice people, professional, and knowledgeable and best of all very reasonable. The three young man Louis sent to do the job we're very knowledgeable, respectful and answer all my questions with an explanation. Louis is a very honest businessman and I will use Val Air in the future and recommend them highly. Thank you Luis, Iverson, Henry, Hector and the lady in the office.
Technicians were nice. The pricing was way too high for the service. Maybe explain to the customer pricing prior for a service so they can decide on what to do from there. Do the diagnostic and then explain what services are needed. I was charged $90 for a service diagnostic call (standard) plus another service for cleaning coil $175 (that's fine, I saw that happening and was explained that) plus some other drainage service for $90 ( I did not see take place nor was explained taking place). I know things can be pricey but inform the customer and ensure it is a service they can afford. Chose because they were close by to the area but will not be using again.
Luis came out to the house and he was very professional and a great guy. Was very knowledgeable honest and straight forward. He was able to repair the heating system and able to answer all our questions. Highly recommend.
I called Luis the day after Christmas and he had a technician dispatched swiftly to my residence right in-between the allotted time frame he quoted. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked diligently to get our heater back in working order. He took the time to proper diagnose a poor wiring job done from a previous home owner and Luis was extremely accommodating with replacement part options I can’t believe how fair he was with the labor price given that that the technician had to stay a little longer to correctly fix the poor wiring issue I mentioned previously. All in all, I definitely trust Val-Air to service my home’s air conditioning unit and highly recommend them. They’re honest, fair and understanding. Thank you Luis!
I have been using Val Air for a few years now for maintenance and most recently, a completely new install. Luis and his team truly understand customer service and have always been extremely professional, quick, and perform amazing work for a very affordable price. I did a Google search for a 24 hour HVAC Company . This Company was the third one down. The first two know body answered my call. The Service technician answered. He took my call after 7:00pm. The Owner dispatched the technician to my home and they assisted me. Not only did the prompt service after hours made me feel more comfortable the owner also gave me some great information as well. The following day the office staff member also contacted me as promised. She did a wonderful job and helping me. The Company even registered my HVAC system too. The whole team was nothing but professional, on time, and communication was excellent. Great job with your customer services. When you want a clear communication responsive service call them.
