My airhandler stopped working on Friday afternoon with temperatures in the 90's. This through me in a panic since most AC companies don't respond to service calls so late in the day especially it being Friday. I placed a call to One Way Air the person on the phone was pleasant and very professional. They were able to accommodate me within 2 hous of me calling that was amazing service. My technician Chase was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They provided excellent service.
Chase Carroll came to my house prepared to get it done. You can tell he knows what hes doing and is knowledgable in his trade. I wasnt impressed with the price but i can see why nobody minds paying it. I would definitely call this company again.

We came down to our condo with no AC at 7:30. We called and he came out that night and had it finished and working by 9! Chase was friendly and worked quick! With it being the day before the 4th of July, we were so thankful he was able to come out and help us. Highly recommend!!!!
Kyle was professional and quickly got Ryan to contact us with an eta. Ryan was awesome. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and was so courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They have my business from now on. Best company I've dealt with in a long time.

When I tell you best of the best ? They are best of the best! I called them when I got home from work and noticed how hot it was. By 9:30 Ryan was at my door. He was quick, he was efficient and did a great job! Highly recommend.

Our A/C Tech Ryan was as always professional, pleasant explained everything that he was doing for our maintenance visit. I hope that we are fortunate and he is sent for the next maintenance appointment.
Earlier this year I came home from work to find that my handler failed and flooded my attic, ceiling, and a light fixture. One Way Air responded to my call and sent someone out immediately (10 at night). They isolated the problem, addressed the safety issue and formulated a game plan on the spot. Within a few days the issue was resolved (parts needed to be ordered) and our A/C was working better than it had ever before. A few months later I noticed a small leak and a tech came out right away to assess. It was fixed within minutes (line was clogged because I forgot to change the filter 🤷♀️). Would definitely recommend this company.
Called One Way Air around 8 pm after my A/C stopped working. They said they could send a tech out that evening between 10 and 12. Michael came around 11pm and quickly solved the issue. Highly recommend One Way Air.
I want to thank One Way Air for responding last night quickly to my house after my air stopped working. My house was very hot and i had two kids and two puppies. God bless them and the tech Vega was quick, and very nice. Thanks to him my house felt cooler. I have found my new company. Love these guys, highly recommended.
