Technician, Keith, was knowledgeable and courteous. He did a thorough job and kept me informed along the way. It was a pleasure having him doing work for us.
Tech responded quickly and was onsite within the hour. Repair/maintenance was taken care quickly. All is working well now.
Very disappointed of the customers service! Lying the customer just to get extra $20-$30 its NOT OK . They give you one price over the Phone Then they charge you whatever they want. To charge customer $188 for tune up on AC unit is RIDICULOUS! Shame on YOU!!! Fore the same work company charge $70-$80 I use them for my business needs and i decided since i am a customer already to ask if they can check the AC in my house. i call and they give me a price, it was a little bit more from other companies but i decide to go with them since they are taking care for my store. This is Not how you treat Loyal customers . Well they just Lost One more customer !
Technician appears to have found the issue. The coupling was disconnected probably my work done on Monday afternoon. If this fixes it he will come back on Monday to glue the coupling.

Showed up quickly when our air conditioner broke. Ryan was very responsive and we feel confident that we will get excellent customer service for years to come.
Our AC was inop during the recent heat wave. We contacted Rocket Cooling and they sent a technician same day. He arrived and promptly diagnosed and repaired our unit. We were back up and running in less than an hour. The technician was courteous and professional. Definitely recommend this company

Eloy was very nice, friendly, etc. Showed up 4 hours before time frame given to me when I made the appointment. However, I did not feel he was as thorough as some of the other technicians..., namely, the last one that came to our home 6 months ago...

Rocket cooling has been great. The issue wasn’t completely solved the first time and they were more than happy to come back and adjust some more to get my AC running properly and in a prompt manner. Very happy with the service and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

I had a routine service appointment scheduled, but I have been having AC issues. When I explained the issues, I don't feel the technician listened to me. He said the unit was fine. It may be fine, but I don't think it is normal for an AC unit to leak and turn off 2-3 times a week.
Richard was professional and kind. He worked diligently and explained concisely. Overall experienced man doing a fine job.
*Update* My new Trane HVAC unit is installed and up and running! The installation guys were professional and polite, worked methodically and efficiently. This system is the bomb and I'm curious how my electric bill will be with this already efficient system. The old system had to be turned down to 70 to keep the place comfortable. This new one, 74 feels like the old 70! Yepper! Smart decision with the help of Rocket Cooling! Junior is awesome! Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to the quote to replace the old HVAC unit. Until then, Junior gave it a good physical and check up! :-)
