I called the office in the morning by 4 PM the same day they had my air-conditioning running in my entire condo cooled down. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend their service and they are more than fair in their pricing structure. 10/10‼️
AJ is GREAT! It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of doing business with someone who knows what Customer Service is. I didn't know I had an a/c issue until I got home after work, about 7p. He came out after "normal" business hours, found the problem within minutes, and fixed it. Didn't matter that it got dark, I turned on the outside light and he kept working until I had cool air! I am so very grateful AJ, thank you!
AJ is a real pro. He showed up when he said he would and even sent an email with a time. He's my go to guy for AC!
I was in a pinch because I had to leave town to get my mother home due to the onset of the COVID . The owner responded immediately and installed a new system the very next day!!! Very nice man to work with!
AJ and his team are wonderful. He stands behind his work 110%. Make sure you get an estimate from him prior to choosing another company. You will not be dissapointed. I work for Listing Paradise Realty in Cape Coral, Fl and they also use Master Cooling and Heating, inc for all their jobs.
