Great, timely service
Quality, value, and affordability. We, and many of our friends, have been using Livingston Air since we moved to Lehigh in 1987!
Helpfull ok prices
They installed a new air conditioning system at my house. So far so good. Had a pleasant experience with staff. They have been in Lehigh and they uphold their good reputation.
I live in an apartment complex, all the air conditioning units Livingston Air has installed the past 2 years are faulty. Mine leaks buckets of water. If you have the time to take off of work for them to come out to fix the system ( the apt complex has a 10 yr warranty to fix the units), then go for it.
This place is fantastic. Always available in short notice and they r honest people. They have done a lot of work for my company and their prices are much better than the competitors. Also they tend to keep u updated and informed with their decision and recommendations. It’s hard to give great reviews to AC companies but Livingston has earned it. Ty
Tried scheduling a day and time and the lady I spoke with basically told me that I have to work on their time a day. Was rude and wasn't trying to here the time and day I was available to be home for the service
Great people who no there stuff been using them for years
My landlord hired this company for the rental property I live in. The office staff took care of me right away and sent someone over that night. The gentleman was nice and added refrigerant so we can be comfortable. The next day the office staff called me and said they are sending someone over to do a detail inspection. They found that the whole system needed to be replaced. They came early in the morning to change it, by 3:00 p.m the job was done. The system has been great, with no problems. Satisfied with their service and everyone was polite. When I become a home owner I know who to go to. very impressed!.
I talked to some very rude lady on the phone briefly before proceeding to have this company come service my house. The phone interaction was enough for me to no longer be willing to come out. Terrible customer service and their prices aren’t the best. Would reccomend checking other businesses out first.
They could have been greedy and charged me an after hours service charge but instead they realized my my batteries died in my thermostat and walked me through how to change them out over the phone. Another time my outside fan stopped working. It was a dead lizard stopping it from rotating. The service guy, got rid of the lizard and told me he would not charge me because he was there less than 10 minutes.
I live out of town. When my AC unit broke , Livingston Air had a new system installed within 2 days . Great customer service and great pricing . Mike is Honest ,trustworthy and reliable Highly recommend .
I had a AC problem and called them , Mike called me by the end of the day, and set up a time for next day . Great service. I live out of town and when my NEST Thermostat advised me my AC wasn’t working I called Livingston Air again . Mike went to check it out that day ! Turned out I needed a big repair or a complete new sysytem . We went with the new system with a great 10yr warranty . Communication was excellent throughout . I highly recommend using Livingston air !

I have dealt with Livingston air for years. And can say. They are always helpful in all aspects of there business. From the office to equipment and service. Very polite, and quality workmanship.

What a great company... John and Darlene have built a super company;... I used to work in the industry 25 years ago and I know quality work... They arrived on time and got to work... They worked well as a team and each knew their own jobs well... A 5 star company... Their work was flawless and complete...
they were on time finished when they said they would. The staff cared about customers and made sure everything was runny the right way before they were finished. Would highly recommend them for all you A/C needs
