We had a new HVAC installed with new ductwork and returns added to the bedrooms. They had it on and running the first day, and had to return later to install the return vents. The lead technician on the install went above and beyond to get us an estimate and plan that met our requests. Our only complaint is that they left a mess in the garage and side yard, blocking the path we usually use to take the dogs out until we cleaned it all up. They also pulled out a data cable from the wall that connected the home entertainment system to the internet.
I have used B&B for over 10 years. They have always done a great job at reasonable prices. I completely trust their technicians. I would highly recommend their company.
Came down to our condo and had no AC . The next day we had someone come and fix the problem. Very polite and was very reasonable to repair . Highly recommend
Go elsewhere Second time out in one day, girl on the phone was super rude and kept interrupting me when I spoke. Asked politely if someone could come before 5pm Since the tech that came earlier wasn’t able to fix the problem. Whole day wasted waiting on these people not only that they were here the day before and fixed the issue for a couple of hours then it broke again ! Girl on the phone was not apologetic and was super aggressive and rude ! Don’t give them your business go elsewhere ! Between 5-8pm

After working with B&B Cool Air, Inc we have now recommended them to everyone in our community. My first interaction was with Matthew who is very honest and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to resolve our HVAC issues we were having. He took the time to explain what was happening and the path forward to resolve. Other companies were just looking to sign a much inflated contract & move onto the next job with little communication. The B&B technicians on site, Brandon and Alex, were very professional, and knowledgeable. B&B Cool Air are honest business folks that take pride in their work. Do not hesitate to call.

They are great. We bought our a/c from them. They came out again. 3/29/23. I love this company. I had a I bad a migraine and I was sick all day sleeping. But B&B came out fixed it and now I'm better oh my gosh. This company has your back and everything.

Brandon was professional and found the problems with the A.C. Confident with his skill as a A.C. technician. Good attitude, pleasant and patient in diagnosing the problem. Hope all continues to function well with the A.C. Checked all systems. Would call this business again.
Great 6 month maintenance service call with Rafael this morning. He was so very professional, and went out of his way to let me know the exact measurement of my cold air return vent so that I could get the correct size filter. I explained to him that I was having a very hard time finding the correct size. So he googled it and he showed me where I could buy a roll of filter material online and cut it to the size I need. Later this afternoon he called me and told me he has serviced another home with the same size vent and told me what that homeowner had done to make 2 smaller filters fit the area I needed. Rafael truly went out of his way to help me. Just one more reason I like working with B and B Cool Air.

Matthew was super responsive. We needed air conditioners to replace ones lost by Ian and ASAP to stop paying for a generator and portable air. Matthew found us units in Tampa and installed them within a week. He is as honest as they come, a real gentleman and a meticulous worker. He even called us to say that the condenser was not warranted as he thought and replaced them to make sure his word was good. He was suggested to us by a friend who highly regarded him and his work. You won't find anyone better.
