We have used Air Advantage's services since 2014. We have always received excellent and quick service. Luke came to our house within 30 minutes of our calling this past Tuesday night. By Wednesday night we had a new compressor and a cool house. Thank you!
Always get great, fast service. A/C is out and our kids and friends are coming in less than 24 hours and WOW! busy as heck and they responded within 4 hours. Love them!!! Customer service is more than EXCELLENT!
Have been a customer for over 15 years. Called for our service plan. Told we have mold in our unit. No solutions...no call backs. I am the one calling, communication is not good. If we have mold, we need to get a new unit. No communication on new units or prices. Will be using a new vendor from now on. Really felt good being a customer in the past. Recommended to friends and neighbors. Now, no call backs, and no solutions offered.
I got lucky when they sent KANE out to my apt to fix my a/c!! Kane was absolutely professional & thorough with fixing things!! My a/ c is working BTR than evr & KANE was the solution!! Great knowledge & dbl chekd it b4 leaving!! Appreciate KANE....(aria landings) Kpeace

Friendly, fair, answered my call right away and dispatched a technician within a few hours, communication thru text and email is on top of their game. Completely recommend and they deserve a 5 star rating.
Our AC went out during the night so I called Air Advantage at 8 AM. Tech Adrian was at my door an hour later! Turns out our older A/C system needed some refrigerant. Adrian did NOT look for additional problems then attempt to "up sell" me. Great service, honest and well trained techs and fair prices.
Yesterday I had a routine ac maintenance and for years I have been using Air Advantage. I generally know all of the technicians, but yesterday met Hoffman for the first time. He was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, polite and took snapshots of all work completed. He explained things to me, helped me understand how to use my inside control panel properly. I just can’t say enough good things about this technician. He is certainly an asset to this company. Thank you Hoffman for educating me yesterday! My mistake I changed I thought I checked all the boxes. Excuse me my error.
Air Advantage is a great company. I have worked in the A/C field, but not as a technician. I know a little, but a little can be dangerous. Lol. Luis Ramos is one of the best technicians you will find in this area. I called in with a question about my repair, and they already had my parts on order, and said they would be back the very next day to complete. It would have been the same day, but it was already 5:00pm. My A/C is back running correctly thanks to Luis, and Air Advantage! I would recommend to anyone! Solid company!
The BEST A/C service we've tried! They have come out in as little as 1 hour and every time they resolve the problem! They installed both drain pipes on the left and right sides on the bottom to resolve our issue! Very professional and highly recommended!

SeanT from Air Advantage came to inspect our HVAC system. He was very polite. took the time to explain everything he was doing and what we needed repaired. The people who came last year (from a different company), just said “your system is old and it’s not going to last forever”. And that was it. Sean replaced a UV bulb, cleaned a ceiling filter and replaced it. He explained a few other things we could do if we wanted, such as cleaning out our dryer vent and air ducts. He was also very understanding about our dog who wanted his attention.
I've used a number of A/C vendors over the years but prefer Air Advantage. We've also had a number of different techs from their company for both service and repair and we've been pleased with all of them. Today they performed a semi annual maintenance and sent their tech, Hoffmann for the first time. He was prompt, polite, professional and extremely thorough. He took the time at the end to go over everything he did along with pictures of each step, explaining as he went along. Company and tech both highly recommended.
Well had them for over a decade, installed 2 systems..trouble with 1 install, and then they raised the price of their maintenance by 23.6%. So how did I find out?, by a shopping mailing val pak. Totally unacceptable response when I asked for the same price for the next year at least. Got quotes from others, so they are history.
Great company and knowledgeable tech. I called for same day after hours repair and Sean was great. He was knowledgeable and explained to us what was wrong with our unit and repaired it. Highly recommend, just gained a new customer and will be using them for maintenance going forward.
With the employee shortage businesses are experiencing we were extremely thankful Air Advantage was able to service our central air unit on the day we called. Chris was very knowledgeable, pleasant and answered all our questions. The kind of employee a business could only hope for to represent them!
At first I was happy with then my AC went out and a tech from another company told me it had NEVER been serviced. Further, I have been trying to pay them for 6 months and their payment processing doesn't work and they act like I am doing something strange. I pay people ALOT and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
Dishonest! I had a technician come out in July to swap a thermostat that I supplied. It could not be done as it was not compatible, this was my fault so I paid for the service call. I asked for them to come back once the right one was obtained and was pitched a service maintenance plan which would include the return trip for the installation of the replacement and 2 maintenance visits , so I accepted. I called them 2 weeks ago to confirm and was again told the replacement of the thermostat was included in this maintenance. The technician that showed up today, had no clue about the thermostat replacement and when we called their office, we were told it was not indicated and it would be an extra charge. I spoke Amber (Service Manager) who stated that there was nothing she could do except refund half of the annual maitenance charge. I do not recommend this company.
