Was able to call and make an appointment same day. Eddie did an awesome job explaining the issue, verified that my unit was still under warranty and had unit back up and running in no time.
I highly recommend this company. Local, family and detailed oriented. Rapid response to your needs, fair prices and friendly service. I have use them for many years and so my family and friends.
Prices are relatively cheap compared to other companies. I have done my research, and prices are going up due to several issues. When speaking to Eduardo he was very professional when I asked him about the price not once did he get upset unless you say something upsetting as anyone else would. @Maria Claudia Escarria Garay
I have used this company for 6 years, it was good till few years back he started working with his siblings as part of the team. This was my last experience with them that brought me to post this out here. On 2017 they installed a ac unit on one of my properties, this week I called because it was malfunctioning, he sent his nephew supposedly they changed something and something else was under warranty. Bill was $650 I got upset because the unit is practically "new🤔" at least that is what they told me. When I called to question that big bill Eduardo got upset for my question. Anyway just ask for receipts when they install or replace part. I called 2 companies to compare prices for same work and I was amazed how expensive he has become and on top of that they are not so clean when preform jobs arround your place, see pics. They ripped off my cover even that the key was there and did not put it back.
Exceptional quality an honest service!!! CSI has serviced my unit three times along the years and always on time, quick, honest and affordable service. I highly recommend to any one out there.
Felt compelled to write this review. This company is the BEST. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. Even with great reviews, one never knows when you try a company for the first time. I feel like I hit the jackpot with CSI. The day before a holiday our air quit cooling .15 year old model. I immediately break out in a sweat and see dollar signs. Could have been anything. Long story short, the owner's son Dany comes over right on time to take a look. Spots the problem within 5 minutes, replaces the part and he's done in a half hour flat and charges us a very very fair price. Efficient, skilled, personable and HONEST. What more could you ask for? Hopefully this review will help others looking for a great family owned company and I sincerely hope that CSI gets tons of business from it. They deserve it. Great company. This company is very affordable 4. They do a fantastic job every time. Dany and Eddie installed a brand new Trane Compressor and Air Handler for me this week and did an excellent job. Eduardo is always a pleasure to deal with. I will always use CSI for my air conditioning needs. I highly recommend them

The AC had been installed by the company 2 yrs ago. When we recently moved we could not get the heater running so I contacted the company via Facebook message which they replied on. We scheduled a phone call and the mechanic first tried to save me the cost of coming here by instructing me on the phone. Unfortunately the system would not heat so he came over the same day to fix it. The control board was broken. However, Eduardo fixed it professionally and he also cleaned the filter and explained to me all the settings of the system. Excellent service - I can definitely recommend!
