Technician was extremely polite and showed up when he said he would. He was very safety conscious about covid and offered to put booties on. He was very thorough and the young lady that called me was very polite and professional. This is why they installed by air conditioning and will be the only one fit service it as long as we have it

We recently had our furnace fail. I contacted Easy Heating And Cooling who sent out technicians just hours later. They were quick to diagnose our situation and gave us recommendations of which we utilized and additionally they provide us portable heating devices. Within 24 hours we again had a warm home provided by an amazing team from Access. I highly recommend them for any of your heating or cooling needs.
John was great! He troubleshooted the problem quickly and came up with a recommended replacement as the best solution. Together with Steve, they did great job replacing water heater; were respectful and cleaned up afterwards! Thank you guys!
My thermostat couldn’t start my heat pump outside. These guys did a remarkable job solving the problem by fixing a loose sensor connection. They were very professional and knowledgeable.Will highly recommend them.
Put in a call on Saturday afternoon and they were here in less than 45 minutes!! The problem was determined and taken care of promptly. Very competent experts and extremely nice to do business with. Would strongly endorse them and plan to use their service again in the near future for standard maintenance work.
I've never had a problem with Easy Heating And Cooling. I have used them at least two times and it has been a tremendous experience all along. Bill our specialist has been amazing, kind, and reliable and their prices are always realistic. He has always been punctual for repair appointments and any time we needed his assistance!!
On time, courteous, well-mannered, and experienced. I was surprised at how well the technician was able to explain everything to me in terms I could understand and he gave a very level and honest opinions for next steps and options complete with pros and cons for each. Tune-up was solid. Leak fixed. And now I know where I'll get my AC when the time comes to replace.
Easy Heating And Cooling is just awesome! They’ve worked for me for 2 years in different areas and all through, the process have been super smooth. Both at my home and at the office, the technicians I worked with were super. Very friendly, informative, flexible and engaging. The last time we worked together, they were installing a heater at my home since I needed one. Billy as I recall was the guy who installed it with Gerald, they were prompt and did the work to perfection. I salute them for their outstanding job and do recommend.
The service tech, Billy arrived as scheduled and he was ready to work as soon as he arrived. The system checks, maintenance and work were all accomplished expeditiously.He answered all my questions concerning the care and maintenance of the entire AC system.
