Femed installed a new Daikin Fit AC Your team is excellent, impeccable service & time frame
The customer service person was extremely nasty and rude. I called several times and asked to have a manager or owner return my call. I also sent an email to the owner. I never heard from anyone.
I have a yearly contract with this company, but have slacked and having my maintenance completed. Even though I have not been a good customer, they sent someone out the same day when my air stopped working properly. They fixed it immediately, and it said it was part of maintenance and it was covered. I will never use another company.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They could care less about you and your AC problems. Brittney just wants to go home. She told me so. There are also people with far problems than 2 AC units not working (LOL) but those two units control our entire upstairs where my children sleep who are now not sleeping because the temperature gets above 80 degrees and she says “just submit another ticket with GL and we will come back out then” and “ no we can’t provide tracking or updates on parts because we just wait for the deliveries to come in” it’s been well over a week with no AC!! 😤 oh and she hung up on me. Real winners here. The only saving grace is the technician who came out to my house was good. I will say good things about him. But zero stars for customer service. And this is not the first time we had this experience.
They are terrific to deal with
I have used them for over 15 years and have mostly been very satisfied. Sometimes an inexperienced technician doesn’t quite meet up to their standards and mine. That said, Ahmed Ali is the absolute best at what he does and always exceeds my expectations. Ask for him, you won’t be disappointed.
Ahmed from Mechanical came by today to do our regular 6 month maintenance on our AC/Heating system. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Although our home was only a year 1/2 old he discovered a potential problem that would have cost us a lot of time & money. It's so refreshing to have someone that really cares about the customer..
After purchasing 2 brand new Air Handlers and 2 brand new Condensers, with 10 year Parts and 10 year labor warranty, from Mechanical Air Conditioning Co, they refused to return to check or repair my AC unit when it stopped cooling this week. I do not recommend purchasing an air conditioner from Mechanical Air-conditioning company
I recently had to replace my A/C system after 13 years. I contacted Mechanical Air Conditioning through their manager Jason Wood. I have known Jason quite awhile from when he was with another company. Jason came out to the house and gave me a quote for a full replacement giving me several options. I also needed a new air handler stand/intake because the one that was there was falling apart. I chose a new Daikin Fit unit because of its ability to run at various speeds. Within three days of signing the finance paperwork Jason had the unit and an installation crew at my house. The installation went smoothly and the techs were friendly and very neat and clean. This unit works so much better than the old one and cools more consistently with the variable speed function and reduces the humidity. One additional benefit is how quiet both the outside and inside equipment is, almost silent. Bottom line I can highly recommend Mechanical A/C for any of your air conditioning needs.
Tech came to do maintenance and was terrible. Did not do good job. Never inspected A/C filter found it needs to be replaced. Poor response from office.

Ahmed Ali is the best A/C tech I've had yet. I always request him for my service. The company overall is just OK. Without Ahmed I would go elsewhere for service. Ahmed gets 5 stars. The company gets 3 stars .The owners can always call me for my opinion.
