Union shop, great place to work.
These guys did an awesome job!! Had 3 different people look at my AC and quoted me but couldn’t get to me for 2 weeks. These guys where there in 3 days and solved the problem. Very profesional and highly recommend them to friends, family and especially business owners.
Commerical Services always performs above and beyond the call of duty and expectations. They are responsive, professional with trained staff and always familiar with the latest technologies that are introduced into the marketplace. A great company with strong customer service and ethics.
I highly recommend this HVAC company for the excellent quality of every job they have done in our buildings. They are very punctual and the owner of the company always supervises the work. Another outstanding thing from CMS is that they are very flexible in their schedule and their prices are very competitive.
Working with HVAC vendors can be very frustrating. Not at all with Commercial Mechanical Services. They know their business inside and out, deliver what they say they can and do it a professional and timely manner. I always know what to expect and am confident the outcome will be successful. Earlier this year, I was a new customer of Commercial Mechanical Services. They have completed several repairs for me since. They take the time to fully explain the cause of the concern and recommend the quickest and most cost effective repair. I highly recommend Matt and his team for any HVAC needs. Quality Customer service is really hard to find these days and Commercial Mechanical Services demonstrates a commitment to their customer and I truly appreciate this!
