We are very grateful to have found Air and Aero! From communicating and scheduling over the phone to interacting with the techs, we couldn’t be more happy. The Sean and Andrew arrived during the estimated window, were courteous, informative, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, quickly got our AC fine tuned for this summer! Thanks again!

A friend of mine recommended this company almost two years ago and all I have to say is they are phenomenal! Sean and Kevin are honest, professional, and their rates are very reasonable. I would not use any other company for my a/c work, nor recommend them if I didn’t have trust in them. They do the maintenance on my system along with my parents’ and brother’s equipment as well. We reached out today as we woke up in the middle of the night with no ac. The company we had used for an install 2 years ago said they didn't have availability for a WEEK. Being in FL in August we decided to call some other options. This company was recommended by a friend of mine and we could not be more grateful. Sean was at our home within 3 hours and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was particularly kind to our young daughter, letting her watch and learn throughout the whole process. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful company, and plan to use them for all HVAC needs in the future.
Sean was amazing! He showed up early, diagnosed the issue immediately, educated me about my options and how my system works, and resolved the issue with great professionalism. Definitely will use this service again!
Our AC broke in my apartment & my property management sent this company over to fix it. They were incredible!! They were perfectly on time, respectful, and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes.
Sean and his team have helped us multiple times with our air conditioner. They are always prompt, we receive a text when the technician plans to arrive, they are courteous and knowledgeable. They are the top of the service industry and it is hard to find others who provide quality service like them. It is rare!!! You know what I mean, don't you?! They never pressure you to replace your system, and they do their best to make yours work as long as it can. The best part about them is that when you call, they try to come as soon as possible. Once, I called them at 8am and they were able to come out that morning. When you live in hot hot Florida, it is music to your ears. They are competent, always fix what's wrong, and enjoyable to work with every part of the way. Pricing is fair and competitive!!!
I called in the morning with a broken ac unit. They were the only company in the area with availability by the afternoon. They worked quickly, explained the situation, and by 3pm everything was fixed! Shout out to Sean who was awesome and walked me through the whole process!
Kevin, was excellent and took time to teach me about the system in my house which will help me keep the system ruining good.
Sean and his team at Air & Aero has helped my husband and I with fixing our AC unit at our older home a few years ago. We decided to call him recently to help with the AC maintenance on our new home and it was a great experience. Very polite attentive company. Called two.days in a row and got a same day Appointment.Sean Wang did an awseome job. He was called out two days in a row both days he arrived on time. And always very Thorough to let us know what he did What can be done to prevent this and that and how we can maintaine and check our unit. Five stars across the board!
Very professional, couteous, thorough. Explained everything and I felt comfortable to ask questions. Appreciated the detail documented in the invoice as well. Loved that their system sends a text alert for arrival time estimate.
When I asked Sean about a quote for replacing both interior and outdoor unit (per the recommendation from a owner of a different company), instead of going along with it, he mentioned it might not be necessary to replace it. By looking at the picture that I sent him, he offered to replace the heating kit, quoted me way less than my original quote for replacement(couple hundreds vs over one grant), and checked availability of that part right away (vs the owner of the other company that said it might take months to get that part without checking). During the process of of repair, instead of getting the whole kit replaced, he was able to just replace the board that was damaged. He was very professional and provided great explanations through the whole process. After the repair, he made sure the issue was fixed. You can tell that his intention is to get the problem solved! I would highly recommend Sean and this company!
We had our a/c unit replaced this past month by Air & Aero. From start to finish, quote to install, the service was smooth and impeccable. Pricing was competitive as well. Sean and his team are courteous and diligent. The install was clean and well done. The city inspector that came afterward to check off on the work for the permit required asked me who did the work because in 30 plus years in the business, it was one of the best he’d seen! Thank you!
Air & Aero was one of four estimates that we sought our for an estimate. They were not the cheapest, but they came to do the estimate on time and they were thorough (including looking at our ductwork). They had a quality system with upgrades for a great price. We got the Trane! We upgraded our ac system and heat pump and could not be more satisfied. The unit has been in for 2 months now. Our first post-installation electric bill was $100 less than the previous months. (August vs September bills) The system is working perfectly and our air is cleaner. This company was on time, had great communication, and delivered everything promised with a smile. We are recommending Sean and team to all our friends. They are the best! P.S. On installation day, the team observed a bird attack on a squirrel nest in our trees and rescued the baby squirrel that fell out of the nest. They rescued the squirrel and it has grown to be a healthy, happy, wild squirrel! :-)
