I recommend this company call for a service and attended me Nancy she is Wonderful excellent customer service.
The employees at this place think that being extremely ill mannered and discourteous is the way to treat paying customers I think not. I am retired and would never speak or treat good hardworking people in this way I hope people read this comment and this company change its ways. Terrible terrible To bad I had to give 1 star as they are undeserving even of that.
I called this company October 2nd, spoke to Yliana who was rude then called back and spoke to Nancy who talked me into their Gold plan which sounded good and scheduled an appointment they arrived late with no text no phone call. A police officer followed their van in my neighborhood and served one of the technicians papers. Not a good look for Star A/c, had lots of neighbors looking. Nancy said they were there checking licenses, Unfortunately the technicians Only performed 3 of 21 services offered on it. I just retired from owning my own towing company after 26 years and had a great relationship with the sheriff's department, police department and code enforcement so making a phone call was real easy I knew a lot of those guys by name turns out they don't do that, another lie. I asked Nancy for my money back, she transferred me to Larry the owner who only knew how to scream and swear and tried to be little me trying to prevoke me into an argument because he did not like this review I had written. I told him the truth hurts doesn't it. Nancy insisted I write one even knowing it wasn't gonna be favorable. I remained cool calm and collective. This company gets an F buyer beware.
Yliana in Star's AC and Heating office is pleasant, efficient and excellent at scheduling semi annual appointments for maintenance on our unit. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They do an outstanding job cleaning, inspecting, replacing filters, and keeping our system up and running 100%. We have been a loyal customer for many years because of their service and treatment of their customers.

Update review 3 years later: Still one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Been using them about 3 years now and they are great and honest people. They have been to 2 of my houses about 3-4 times and its always a great experience. Cannot recommend them enough. This place is amazing. Larry JR has been by far the most helpful person in the AC industry we have called. They come out fast and always come out when they promise. They are very upfront, kind, and honest people. Larry JR I appreciate the time you took today to sit and explain everything to us and the compassion you showed towards the situation. Would give 10 stars if I could.
This company installed and have serviced our unit for 5 years and we are very pleased with their commitment to excellence. Daniel, the Technician was very kind and professional and did an excellent repair. The owner Larry is more interested in customer service than in making a profit . Had my AC unit maintained today with their Gold Club membership and the tech Daniel did a fantastic job. Very polite and informative and made sure all my questions were answered. Called to let me know he was on his way within a good amount of time. Not like some that say they will call you before coming but end up calling you when they are rolling up to your driveway or even worse just show up without a heads up. I highly recommend Star AC.
I was offered the Gold Club Membership, and I had a great experience, I have a 1 year AC Unit, I want it to last many years so this program is a excellent choice, the company is awesome and very professional and honest people. Thank you Star Ac 👏👏👏👏👏
My AC unit quit on me on Labor Day and most AC companies were not open on a holiday . Star company was open and a live person named Larry answered the phone! He sent a wonderful tech, Michael in two hours. He was able to order a part and install it the next day. I stayed at a hotel overnight. I came home and found my house nice and cool again. Michael was very patience with me and answered all my questions. I am glad they have 24/7 service and holidays. Thank you Larry and Michael.
Everyone's worse nightmare is when your AC has issues over the weekend. Called Star Air on a Sunday mid afternoon and a live person answer the phone. Scheduled an appointment with Larry who came over after his call across town. Accessed the issue and fixed the problem in record time. Compassionate approach and reliable service. Thank you for the super STAR service! 110% recommend.
Called with AC out and spoke to tech JR who told me he would be here in 2 to 3 hours. He was less than 1 hour. Fixed the problem and was very courteous and explained it all. Excellent experience. JR is the man ! Definitely recommend
THESE PEOPLE INSTALLED AN AIR UNIT THAT WAS SUBSTANDARD THEY WOULDNT FIX IT AND I HAD TO HIRE OUTSIDE COMPANY TO REPAIR WHILE UNDER GUARANTEE....THEY LIED CHEATED AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Star Air Conditioning & Heating LLC did an amazing job installing a new HVAC unit in my house. This Veteran/family owned company helped me tremendously when I needed it. Excellent customer service and very professional staff. As a US Marine combat wounded veteran, I suggest anyone to contact Star Air Conditioning to get the best air conditioning and heating service from professionals.
We are a vacation home management company, and have been working with Star Air for a while. They provide very good service and respond quickly. We can't survive summer without Star Air. Thank you!!

Great product selection and service
He couldn’t figure out the real issue but tried to sell a new pool heater. Then realized it was not the pool heater and said it was the control panel now, but the office called me a week later, not him, to let me know that he couldn’t find the part. I had to pay again another company to diagnose the issue accordingly.
My ac decided to stop running today. I called to schedule a quote and I was extremely happy that they were able to set me up with an immediate appointment . The technician arrived promptly. My ac tech was Michael and resolved the issue with the unit. I was very satisfied with the service I recieved and how fast they resolved the issue and I especially appreciate the warranty they provide on their work.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
