Jason went above and beyond to come and service my outside unit. He took the time to fix the issue, which had been caused by an animal getting inside the unit and blowing the capacitor, the animal carcass was still there :( , but he also took the time to explain some of the details on how the unit worked. Polar Express had already done previous work years ago, and they did great. They've always come through. Years ago they installed a new Trane complete unit (inside handler and outside unit) and the complete unit is doing great till this day. I would recommend them for installs as well as any other type of AC service. Kudos guys...(Jason, Heather, Muhammed...)...

I had an issues with my AC turning off and on and had no idea what to do. I reached out via Facebook and by the next morning, Heather came by, cleared out a blockage and explained a bunch of good tips on how to care for my AC. Super grateful and impressed. Definitely will use them for any issues going forward!
**Update - The response below is nonsense. They did not perform any service at any time for me so there was no 90 warranty.
I’ve owned a few different homes and I’ve unfortunately had to deal with several different HVAC companies. By far, Polar Express is the best. Honest people doing honest work for a fair price. I will from now on only use them for my HVAC needs.
In a way, I'm glad our AC went out. It gave me the kick I needed to call Polar Express to come out and take a look at our unit! In all seriousness, these are great people. The reviews don't lie. I called and spoke with Heather in the office on Friday. She was super helpful and friendly! Derick was here fixing our AC on Saturday morning (no emergency or weekend fees either!). Within literal seconds of Derick taking a look at the air handler, the AC was running again. He quickly found the problem (clogged drain) and was working to get everything back up and running again. He even took the time to install a Nest thermostat for us even though that wasn't part of the reason he was there. We won't be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs. Polar Express has a customer for life!

A little pricey but I believe going with a higher quality product will cost less in the long run. Good service from Mohamed and Matthew they were fast, clean and very knowledgeable on the installation process and getting a building inspection done. I am happy I chose Polar Express and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Derick was amazing. Actually arrived before scheduled time. He was able to quickly identify the issue with my thermostat and get it working. I would highly recommend him!
We have been without a/c and heat since the 1st of November due to damage for Hurricane Ian and waiting on finances to come through. After disappointing service from another company, I sought advice from a coworker and searched on the Neighborhood App to see who others had recommended in the area. The 1st one was Polar Express. I texted them right away, and within minutes, I received a response. Within 24 hours, Mohammad's smiling face was at my door waiting to inspect the damage and give us a responsible estimate for repair. In less than 30 minutes, he emailed me my estimate, I signed it and sent it back, and in less than a week later, he and Matthew were back at our home replacing our damaged duct work. They were both extremely professional. They got everything done quickly and made sure we were up and running and the house was cool before leaving. I highly recommend their services.

The repairman was very courteous, experienced and responsive. Told me all the work that he had performed and where the issues were at. The repair was done within the hour and overall a good experience. Not as costly as expected and excellent work. Will use their services again if the need ever arises.
I called this company at 8:30am spoke to Heather very professional! She had a Technician out there at 10:00 am Derrick fix the problem explained every detail. I absolutely love this company!! I give them a million stars I will only call them here on out, THANK YOU❤️
On December 23, 2002, I called Polar Express because my air conditioner had stopped working, and the Co-Owner, Mohamed Khan, came out and diagnosed the problem, which was a bad fan module, and told me he couldn't fix my air conditioner until Tuesday and that it would cost me approximately $1,100 to $1,200. He has failed to contact me as of today, Friday, December 30, 2022!!! He charged me $79.95 for coming to diagnose the problem, which I paid promptly after receiving the invoice. Why should I pay for a diagnostic if you're not willing to address the problem? This firm has scammed me! They must refund my money !!!I located a local A/C Tech who came out today and fixed my A/C for $ 275 with a two-year warranty. Polar Express wanted to charge me four times what I paid the tech that came today. Avoid this business and Mohamed (Co-owner). Will be contacting BBB.
