Daniel & the team at Discount Air were timely and professional. They were able to diagnose and fix my A/C that was no longer cooling and freezing over. I reached out after another technician had left me uncomfortable with the quality of his work. If you want someone who is going to do the job right the first time, while having all the necessary tools, look no further.
My AC unit was over 10 years old and needed to be replaced. I received many quotes from different companies, and then called Discount Air LLC. Daniel provided me with the best quote, and with the most professional, honest, informative and hands down most reliable service I could have received. Daniel and his team showed up on time and worked non stop to replace my AC. They also installed a new thermostat. I wholeheartedly recommend Daniel at Discount Air LLC.
Air conditioning unit not cooling on the Friday-Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. We called them for help, and they came to the house not long afterward. They discussed in some detail the potential issues with the unit and they provided potential solutions. There were two workers that came to address our issue, which I believe made finding a resolution quicker. They seemed knowledgable, and very competent. Ultimately they pointed me in the right direction and were fair with their fees for services. They have been among the better, if not the best, AC company we've used thus far. And the fact they came out on Memorial Day weekend means, to me, that they are committed to keeping customers cool. Five stars, two thumbs up for Discount Air LLC.
Efficient and excellent service. I called the company to check my a/c unit because it wasn’t cooling. The next day they were at my house, found the problem and fixed the unit the same day. I recommend the company 100%.
HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! My A/C stopped working after the rain last night and i called to see if they were even open on a Sunday (I’ve called other ac companies on Sunday and they’re usually closed) He said he will come right away!!! Showed up in the next 20 minutes and just honestly the most genuine, informative and honest service i have ever ever received in my life. Gracias Discount Air LLC, ayer en la noche el termostato se volvió loco y llego a 90 grados de temperatura dentro de la casa y así no podríamos dormir en la noche. Llame inmediatamente a Discount Air y llegaron en 15 minutes a Orlando. Verificaron el termostato y encontraron que estaba dañado y cambiaron el mismo porque el anterior no tenia remedio. Cambiaron el device y ready, el aire acc comenzó a enfriar la casa y pudimos dormir como de costumbre. Estoy muy agradecida y lo recomiendo 100% 👍🏻

Long story... I have an American Home Shield (AHS) warranty on my house. My AC went out on Thanksgiving (Nov 2022). AHS sent Beeches AC out the next day and said I needed a compressor. For the approval process, getting the part and replacing it took a month!!! Beeches AC NEVER answered the phone or returned voicemails. AHS couldnt even reach them. When they changed the compressor they told me my heat didn't work. Took another month for the approval, part and replacement. The tech then said the compressor was bad again?!?! I called to complain to AHS that I think Beeches AC is creating tickets and making money but not fixing my AC/Heat. Then Beeches AC called and said they would come out again. 2 days in a row they didnt call or show up when i had appts. 3 days later the tech comes out "to check his work" and spent all day working on the outside unit. Comes in and says everything is working. It was 60 degrees that day so I didnt need my AC. The next day was 85 degrees and the AC did not work. I called Beeches AC back and they setup for someone to come back the next morning (A thursday). The next morning Beeches AC called me at 7am to tell me they couldn't come till monday. Two months of them not fixing my AC and Heat and they were gonna make me wait another 4-5 days. After complaining AHS sent United Air & Temp for a 2nd opinion. They found 2 leaks on the condensor coils. Said refrigerent was leaking. The coils are completely rusted but said AHS will only allow them to repair the leak. They said it should be replaced though. Then United Air got there manager on the phone to sell me a whole new AC unit. Said he could install it in 2-3 days. I said I would have AHS pay for the repairs vs paying them out of pocket for a new unit. He told me it would take them 2 weeks to fix it. These scam artists were trying to pressure me into buying a new unit because it was HOT and threatening it would take 2 weeks to fix two pin hole leaks. And there price was crazy high! I decid
These guys are quick, professional, honest, and very competitively priced. We used them to replace our water heater and AC unit for a rental property. Not only did they coordinate scheduling with the Tennant, but they maintained clear expectation and communication on all sides. We definitely will be using them for all of our properties moving forward. Highly Recommend!
Called them to fix a/c unit. They determined it was a capacitor on motor. They replaced it with a55 mfd and it requires a 80 mfd They didn’t even know how to fix capacitor to make 80 as a master licensed electrician these guy are a joke they have unqualified personnel doing their work while they talk to them by way of phone. They do not show any a/c license on their truck or cards they apparently are not even licensed and do plumbing work as well nothing but handy man When you use the wrong size capacitor like they did it cause more amperage draw on you electric and cause you motors to get hotter and burn out sooner they are a llc company for the asphalt roller business they have not a/c They wouldn’t even give me an invoice for the 185 dollars I paid them by Zelle The only reason I paid early was my neighbor said how great they were boy They won’t be doing any work for me again. Don’t use them call a licensed a/c company that’s honest and calls you back

We arrived at our property to find the air was not working. Temperatures rose well into the 90’s. Discount Air LLC was referred by a family friend that lives in the area. Daniel was excellent. He arrived promptly as promised, professionally diagnosed the problem and explained every step to us as he worked. He went to get the necessary parts and kept in touch with us while he was finding what he needed. He gave us an ETA for his return and he was able to fix the air conditioner the same day, and gave us his contact info if we had any further problems. We highly recommend this company. We found them to be reasonable, professional and ethical.
Great customer service! They came out within a few hours to clean the clogged and leaky drain in the A/C unit. Very convenient and they answer right away!
