Jacob did a very good job. Im very happy when I get a service, and the technician is very polite, good manners, nice actitud, and the most important is the very good quality and PRICE!👍😉. I DO RECOMMEND ACE SOLVES IT ALL!
They arrived within an hour of my call and solved our sewer line problem efficiently. Yuri was fantastic, friendly and professional in every way. Ace is our new go to for plumbing and electrical.

Ask for Dan if you want the right man for the job. Not only is Dan a great guy and respectful of the clients needs. He is also a USN veteran like myself. I got four estimates for the same work. Ace was in the middle. But after he gave me the estimates with options. I also asked if I could save by sourcing some of the parts myself and after the owner was consented I was able to save a few hundred dollars. Anyway you look at it. These guys are top notch.
On the second visit in 2 days, it was decided that I needed a new blower motor in the inside A/C unit. First visit, the tech was 45 minutes later than was relayed to me. Second visit, NO ONE showed or called in the "first thing in the morning" timeslot that had been given to me. I called at 3 p.m. and was told that he was still to be dispatched. The "good news" was that it was a warranty issue, so, "no charge" for the blower motor. The bad news $803 to INSTALL the new motor. Upon researching the actual cost of a new Lennox replacement blower motor, I found that they ranged between $126 and $250. Total time to install said motor, just about ONE hour. Ace MORE than recovered the cost of the motor. This was the second time in 6 months that I had a warranty issue that ACE serviced. Again, inside unit CONTROL BOARD went bad. The board was under warranty, but the "labor" to install it was $450. All that said, the technicians are friendly and mostly knowledgeable.
Outrageous charge for fixing a broken pvc pipe at a tee that took your technician LESS THAN ONE HOUR to repair and charge $1029.71! Will NEVER use your services again and will never recommend your business to anyone!
The plumbing dept was very courteous, professional, and wore shoe covers when coming in the house several times from outdoors. They quoted my job originally, but after the wall was removed and able to review the actual pipes, they adjusted the price down by almost 35%. Very honest on their part! I would use and refer ACE again. Very impressed with the professionals they have hired and trained well.
The same great crew came back for an additional electrical upgrade. Outstanding service and outstanding quality. I can't recommend them enough.

Erick showed up when he said he would be here. He did a good job on a new chandelier install and updating an electrical outlet. I would use Ace Electrical again, and ask for Eric. That's my greatest compliment.

Worst customer experience. I scheduled an A/C Tune Up three weeks ago. They do not commit to a service time (seemed odd to me) so you have to be available within one hour of their call or text. When the day came, I decided to work from home so that I would be here. At noon, they called to say that they were "too busy" with emergency services and would have to reschedule me for two weeks later (today)!! They were very apologetic and offered me the first service of the day. Today, I decided to work from home again to be here when they arrived since I was told that I would be first. At 10:17 AM, I texted them - texting is one of their preferred ways of communicating - asking what happened and when I could expect service. At 11:45 while I was on the phone working, I got a text saying that they were ready, but I had to respond within 15 minutes. I sent an answer at 11:57 confirming. They had also called, but since they sent a text, I saw no need to call them back. Shortly after noon, I received another call telling me that I hadn't responded to the text sent at 11:30. I have screen shots showing that the text was received at 11:45 and that I responded as soon as i got off my work call within 15 minutes. The representative informed me that I would just go back of the line and they would call me when they could get to me. He had no idea when that would be since I hadn't returned the text or the call. I told him to cancel the service and that I would find a company that wanted my business. Obviously, Ace only wants repair business and has no interest in making service calls convenient for its customers by scheduling appoint times. If you like being "on call" with your contractor, then this is the company for you. I will go elsewhere.
Called and was quickly set up for an appointment for a simple bathroom sink replacement. They wanted $2500 and pricing included an annual “membership”. Paid the $70 fee just to send them away and hire someone much more affordable. Beware- ask pricing before you waste $70. Found another local company who did an amazing job for $800 instead.
Charged 1000.00 for a clog and clean out. I was not shown the drain once cleaned out. Less than 6 days later the $1000 clean out became a $9000 broken line and pipe repair. This company doesn't have set prices so they charge by the size of your home and what they think you can afford. I'm still waiting for a manager/supervisor phone call which Amanda stated would happen. They prey on senior citizens like most business. If my pipe is broken, I am sure the first technician did it because he didn't report nor show any break or roots in the line but the second tech did. I requested my money back no comment nor phone call. I will be contacting the BBB they fooled the wrong senior citizen/ educator. Stay away from this company @@@@!!!!!!
I have to day that Tom was amazing. He was on time and made the fix super easy. He was educating and going through the process step by step. Definitely recommend them. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am in awe with ACE Solves it all. My AC stop working late in the evening, I called them and was contacted right away for next day appointment. Came in, put the AC back to work and found the problem. It was an small fix and the technician got the ok to fix without xtra cost. Grateful as my grandkids are at the house. But is not only that, it is the be on time, sending pic of person that is coming over, the xtra care and professionalism they have. And I find their prices to be excellent! They definitively work with you. Thank you Eric Wolf for the excellent job! I recommend fully. Thank you ACE Solves it all!
Electrician Danny did an excellent job at finding the issue with the dryer outlet: an issue with a switch in the breaker. He replaced it immediately, checked if the dryer turned on, and even waited to see if the dryer was hot before establishing the issue being resolved. He was very polite and knowledgeable and approachable. Also, was told that for the fix I received, I have a 5 year warranty, where if something goes wrong, they can fix it again for free! In regards to customer service, I was impressed by ACE’s Veneta, as she informed each step of the process, including that they would not provide a time frame, in case that they cannot fulfill the time frame. Wow wow wow! I had a bad experience with another company where they gave me a time frame, did not fulfill it and did not show past 2 hours from the time frame. I liked the transparency, and being thorough in what the process would be. I also discovered that the company is family owned, and I love to support family owned and local businesses. Very impressed.
Abraham Batista, Ron Ellis, and Jose Batista were all quite knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They patiently and carefully reviewed with me the problems I had and provided multiple solutions and estimates for the solutions. They made sure all my questions were answered and completed the work to my satisfaction! Well done gentlemen--you gained a loyal customer for Ace. Had additional work performed, and Charles Romero gave excellent, caring, and detailed service, as did Roman Tofan. Every employee I dealt with was top-notch!
