Roger, the tech, was very professional and great, but I was quoted a price for a 40 gal electric water heater with install in my garage at $1600. If I bought one they'd charge over $1000 to install it. I could install it myself in a few hours if I were younger, and that's a pretty outrageous hourly charge, more than I charged as an optometric physician when I was working. I'll hire a handyman to help me install it for less than $100 instead.
We are remodeling our kitchen and all bathrooms. Our contractor works with Jensen Beach. They have completed the kitchen and prepped the bathrooms. They arrive on time and the work was done timely and to our satisfaction. The sales rep and the plumber sent were both very professional. In the future for any necessary work, we will contact Jensen beach or all of our work.
Paul was phenomenal! He was courteous and friendly and professional . He addressed my low water pressure , replaced a bad shut off valve outside the home and removed and installed a new garbage disposal for me. So now my whole home has a good solid water pressure coming in. He also said if I ever had any further problems to never hesitate to call . He is an experienced plumber. I would highly recommend this Plumbing service anytime! A++++ service! There were no hidden fees . I was given the estimate ahead of time and it was reasonably priced for the work that had to be done. Thanks Paul! I will call on this plumbing company if ever I have the need in the future! Five stars!!!

Great experience! Easy to call and make an appointment. Paul was on time and very good. We had bubbling in our toilet just on the beginning of the flush and no other issues anywhere else. Paul was able identify with a few questions and testing that it was the toilets themselves that caused that behavior due to the size of the flapper and not any vent or clog issues. He was able to explain it very well and let us know we had nothing to worry about.

We had a clog in our main line which caused wax seals on toilets to rupture and flood the powder room. We had no working toilets, it was 11:00 pm on a Sunday and we were in a real pickle. Roger was amazing! He was at my house before midnight. He fixed the issue and even helped me connect with a reputable restoration company to help with the mess in the basement. I would highly recommend Jensen Beach Plumbing !!!

Jensen Beach plumbing answered my call when no one else would on a busy Friday morning. We agreed for them to come Saturday morning at 9:00am and they showed up 10 minutes early dressed professionally and ready to get the job done. It ended up being a bit more work than we thought but the technician was able to knock it out with ease. He was so good I recommended him to my In-Laws and they were extremely pleased as well. Them number is now saved in my phone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
We are very pleased with the job that Jensen Beach plumbing and his crew did on an emergency call. They came out and completed the job on Sunday afternoon. Roger came when he said he would, the crew got here and worked hard to put in a new water line. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and did the job in a timely manner. Friendly and professional. The price was reasonable for the job they did and we know that we have an honest plumber to call in the future!
