Honest fair estimate. The install techs were very competent & courteous . The installation went very easy & fast.
Will was helpful, friendly, and a delight to work with. He diagnosed my problem quickly, determined that the part was under warranty, and replaced everything quickly. Highly recommend.
Installed our system almost 7 yrs ago and have not had a problem since. I've called for service approx. 3 times, they're on time, courteous, and know what they're doing. Repair guy Jeff is a good mech as well as good person. If you are looking for a new A/C system or need a repair call these guy they are great, from the lady who answers the phone to their techs.
I had a very complex AC issue. DC diagnosed my AC problem. They were the only company in the area who would take on my project. Every DC team member who came to my home was professional, kind and understood my project. They cleaned up after the job was completed. I can’t say enough kind things about these guys!
Great experience during a stretch of heat! A/C died and they came quickly same day! Dan the tech diagnosed quickly, explained problem and what we could do to try to stay cool while he checked for parts. Dan called the first thing the next morning, found the part, came and did the work professionally and courteously. We cant be more grateful for this company’s professionalism! Thank you!
I would tell the whole world just how great this company really is Professional, thorough, and honest. They did what they said they would do and I will tell everyone how great they were. Mike is sooo patient and wise, Phil and installer very professional as well and worked on our situation like it was his own house. Even the helper guy was so respectful and did a great job as well. Look no further than this local company. A plus plus!

DS Air installed our AC about four years ago and have maintained the system ever since. No problems with their service or the system in all that time. Until Sunday when we suddenly had no cooling and the temperature in the house quickly rose to 85 degrees. They responded promptly and the problem was fixed that day. That is the true test of a good company!
DS Air will not disappoint. They are a stand-up company!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The only 1 person that actually wanted to work was great, and we appreciate him. But the waiting game they make you do, the back and forth.. it’s ridiculous. We have been sitting in an 80° house going on 3 weeks now. They FINALLY decided to tell us today they won’t take the job. It’s unfortunate they’re the ones who put our unit in. We found another company who will be assisting without hesitation. This is unacceptable. Lazy.
Quality professional service
We're very impressed! My next door neighbor's AC, stopped working, she hasn't arrived here yet. I called DS Air Conditioning around 4:00pm, they wanted to send someone out right away, but office girl Christy said the AC needed to be turned off for a while, in case AC might be frozen up. Wonderful for an office person having knowledge for saving a service call. Mike (Too Tall) came out next morning 8:20am located the part not working, showing me the part and explaining about the part. He had that part replaced and AC united running very quickly, he made sure air was coming through all the vents and reset thermostat for me that I did not understand how to turn off the fan part while turning off the AC unit, I'd took off the whole casing . Mike's (Too Tall) very nice person (6 feet and 11inches, that's why he's called Too Tall, plus a few Mikes work for this company) and it shows that he enjoys his job and is proud to work for DS Air Conditioning, Inc and staff. --- I'm very happy finding this company! These guys are honest, knowledgeable and friendly! Their prices were awesome and customer service was perfect! They performed a repair for me on an older unit and were extremely fair and beyond expectation! Will use them when the time comes to replace or do any service in the future!
Overnight my unit which was installed in 2004 stopped working. By 2pm the following day (Less than two hours after I called them) DS Air had already diagnosed that I needed new fan motor, by the time I returned from work my unit was fixed. From prior experiences many other companies would never have taken the time to fix this older unit and the knee jerk reaction / recommendation would be to replace the older unit entirely. DS Air took the time to fix the older unit and for that reason will be my recommendation when I need to replace the entire unit in the future. They are true neighborhood business looking out for the consumer.
They were wonderful. They went above and beyond what they had to do. They also were so pleasant and helpful. I will never use anyone except them again. Highly recommended them!
Can’t begin to say enough great things about this company! Through, reasonably priced, professional, friendly, amazing! Worked so hard in unbearable heat to get our air conditioner replaced and get us comfortable.
