This company is awesome. It is the first company we have had come out that gave us honest answers with multiple options to fixing our problem, taking into account which made the most financial sense. Darius is wonderful. He came out to give a second opinion on our ongoing issue and he took his time inspecting the whole system to see what condition everything was in. We ended up deciding to replace the air handler and Darius and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely continue to use World's Greatest Heating & Air!
I had my A/C go out, the tech, Zach Collins came out at 10:30pm on a Sunday and got my system up and running in under an hour. They call and message you with updates and even provide tracking of the tech when they are in route to your home. Zach was a great guy, did fantastic work and overall was a pleasure to have. Solid business with technicians that go above and beyond!
The service was excellent! They sent Zach out to check out my AC very quickly and he was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. Got my ac running in no time. 100% recommend!

The scheduling department was friendly and quick to respond. Darius was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He gave us multiple options to fit our budget and was not pushing us into a more expensive option. This company takes care of you like family. Will be using them for all of our AC/heating needs in the future. HIGHLY recommend!

My air conditioning quit working at 7pm on a holiday weekend. I called several places and World’s Greatest was by far the nicest to talk to. William came out and topped off the refrigerant and got everything back up and running. I would highly recommend them.
Darius is the man. He came to assess the AC issues, provided me with a great quote and alternate options. No pressure to make a decision on the spot. I ended up using their service anyway because of the quality of service and price. I will be using their service again and would recommend it to anyone based on my personal experience.
I can’t sing this company’s praises enough. Zach worked after hours to make sure our AC system was running, fixed the poor piping to our system, and educated us on how to do routine maintenance and how the new piping worked. The experience I had with World's Greatest was amazing! I had my A/c go out on me and called them in the morning and by that evening they had my system back up and running! Darius is who I had the pleasure of working with and he made the experience even better with fast and knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend and they will be my A/c go to from here on!!
