Our ac stopped working, they were out the next day, the Monday between July 2 and July 4th. I honestly didn't think anyone would be able to get out until after the holiday. They were here first thing in the morning, fixed it and kept in touch with me to make sure it was still running late in the day. Very good company.
Excellent, reliable, very professional company. I would highly recommend them if you need any work on your A/C. I also had them install the Air Scrubber on my A/C system. It is great for allergies, viruses, COVID, pet odors, and mold. I have extremely bad allergies and this works great to keep the air in your house clean.
Brian showed up promptly and was very professional. He checked the system out and determined that the starter capacitor had gone bad due to the heat. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend them.
My warehouse AC was not working. Provided a quote and repaired immediately. They also provide my weekly service. Great service!

As always, I called and with no hesitation tommy and Tiffany made magic happen. Oliver came to the rescue and cleaned out the pipes that clogged the unit . Love this family. Blessed to have come across this business.
I want to thank professional cooling for fixing my air conditioner. They did a wonderful job and they were very efficient and on time. I like the fact that they do have a diagnosis cost but that becomes part of your payment after they fix your unit. Other companies you don't get it back. I highly recommend this company. Had their service again, this time they installed a new a drain pipe because our AC is very old and it needed a new one. Everything was handled very professionally from the phone call of when the technician was about to arrive and the technician was wonderful and thorough. Discussed with me how to maintain the pipe. Then the follow-up was great. I am so pleased I found this company. And Tiffany is absolutely the best, I love her!

I had my HVAC system removed and replaced November 9th. It was so easy to set it up with Tiffany and the team arrived promptly on schedule. They're attention to detail and experienced professionals had everything done by the end of the work day. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Monday morning my A/C quit. I called PC and C immediately. They had a Tech on site in less than 2 hours. In spite of a part supply issue it was repaired and cooling before lunch. They even worked with a vendor whose part had failed just after the warranty expired. Getting the part covered under warranty saved me a lot of money. So I say a big thank you to Oliver,Tiffany and Keith at Prof cool and controls. I know from past exp. with other A/C companies, these guys really stand out. Thanks so much.
