I have been using Whitley for about 9 years now. The owner and his staff are so kind and accomodating. They explain every detail of what is needed and what they are doing to fix it. Richard Rogers (the tech) is very nice man and does exceptional work. All the operators I spoke to on the phone were totally friendly and very pleasent. What a great company, I will always use them. Very good communication, and quick response. A little pricey, way more than expected, although I understand prices have gone up. I wasn't prepared for the amount as it was way more than expected. Good workmanship is worth it I have to admit. I highly recommend this company. They truly are awesome.
Had an air flow vent installed in the a/c wall. He had to cut through a wall for this vent placement. The closet door was louvered but did not offer enough air flow. He was on time and tidy as well as courteous.
Great first experience. Raymond was more thorough than any other company that has come out to service my AC. Whitleys is a keeper!

Tony is an outstanding A/C tech. He's performed service in the past and has always performed 5 star service. Whitleys has always responded in a timely manner when emergency A/C repair is needed .
Outstanding experience! Great people to rely on when the cold air isn't working. I wish I had called them sooner, instead of trying to troubleshoot my AC problems myself.
I am posting on behalf of Rosewood Academy schools (Bartram Park and San Pablo locations). Whitleys Heating & Air are tremendous! They are very accommodating and responsive to our needs. They come out immediately, which we appreciate when we have about 200 people and children in our schools every day. If they can't get it fixed right then and there, they come back to resolve the issue the next day.
Weekend emergency call. They were responsive, on time, efficient, and friendly. Their price was fair and reasonable for the work they performed.
