These guys knocked it out of the park. I had a condensate line that was backing up and a capacitor that was going bad. I called them in the middle of a heat wave (I'm guessing a busy time for them) and Darrin & Brandon were at my house within an hour. They fixed the problem and didn't overcharge me or try to upsell anything I didn't need. Straight to the point at a fair price. Very satisfied.
Weather Engineers came and cleaned our air conditioning duct work this morning. The technicians Eric and Alex arrived on time, did an excellent job, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Thank you for a job well done, by two great technicians!

We have been Weather Engineers customers for many years and have never had cause to consider using anyone else for our heating and air conditioning needs. We have the maintenance agreement and therefore seldom require additional service calls. The company's technicians are invariably prompt, personable and professional. When our aged compressor required replacement last year, the install was conducted expeditiously with minimal disruption. Would that all our home upkeep providers were as reliable and proficient.

Very easy to talk to professional excellence. They came in and he did exactly what they were told they were going to do and they went beyond their capability. They put a whole new unit in. We’re now on a maintenance plan. We will never have to pay for anything to be fixed, it’s a great system they have set up and I will never have to worry about my AC unit in this house for 10 years great move on our part

UPDATE: We just had these folks come out to do the pre-winter tune up on the system they installed three years ago. Once again we're very pleased. The tech arrived perfectly on time, was clean, dressed neat, and clearly organized and professional. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. He revalidated our choice to go with Weather Engineers. They did a great job three years ago and they're STILL doing a great job! None better! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Impressive! We called Weather Engineers when another local company let us down by missing an appointment. From the first phone call, Weather Engineers has been impressive. They don't make fluffy promises, they just tell you the truth; they say what they do and they do what they say. Solid integrity. The technician that came to the house went right to work troubleshooting and he didn't leave a single thing unchecked. His final diagnosis was spot on. Instead of doing patchwork repairs on our 15 year old system, we opted to go for a new one. We asked for them to send a sales person. Jason showed up 5 minutes early for his appointment and went right to work evaluating what we needed for a new system. He didn't do a sales pitch. Instead he THOROUGHLY evaluated our home (windows, insulation, ceiling height, duct size and layout) then offered specific solution packages. In the past three years we've had other HIVAC companies run sales pitches on us - none could compare to the expertise and professionalism that we've gotten from Weather Engineers. If you want a company that earns your trust and your money - this is the company.

Truely professionals in how they conducted themselves from the moment they arrived until the job was completed. They answerd all our questions and taught us a few thing as well. Would gladly recommend Weather Engineers for those who have similar needs!
Our 20 year old system developed a freon leak in the evaporator coil. The system was to old to start changing parts. They charged the existing system so we could get by until the new system could be installed. The gentlemen showed up this morning about 8 and were gone by 3:30 everything done and cleaned up. You would never know they were here except for the new equipment. Excellent people to deal with.
My experience was one of excellence!! Daniel was prompt friendly and took care of my air conditioning problem on a Saturday and also on Sunday !! I was extremely pleased with this experience!!!

I am switching companies. AC unit broke down overnight & I could not reach our normal A/C repair company. From the time I called, until the technician showed up was less than one hour. The Technician (David) communicated with me during the whole process. For a weekend service call and part replacement with 5 year warranty, the cost was within reason. Great Job
I called after hours for service and I was really surprised how fast someone arrived. Justin took a look at things and explained the issue to us. We appreciated his honest, professional opinion. I think he helped us to make a good decision about what we should do about our A/C unit. Ultimately, our experience with Justin was very positive.
