Got a scheduled maintenance for between eight and noon, at 10 AM they texted me and said they were pushing back all maintenance until October!! I took off work this morning and sat around and waited for them only to be texted that they were not coming. Very very poor customer service. I needed that maintenance because my air is not keeping up it got 82° in my house yesterday. I am very disappointed with this service EDIT: i’m changing from one star to three stars because they did follow back up with me and try to make it right and agreed with me that that should not have happened.

I could not be happier with their service. They were able to come several days earlier than they originally told us, which was a huge relief, as my mother’s AC was out during these days of very hot weather. Buster, the technician, was top notch. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was honest and helpful without overselling and we would 💯 request him again. I highly recommend them!

Waychoff's does not stand behind guarantees, offers poor customer service, and uses technicians with poor understanding of the systems they have installed. Waychoff's installed our current indoor air handler in 2019, and we have used them for their "summer maintenance" two previous times, and had been satisfied with their service. This year, we had the summer maintenance performed by Waychoff's on 6/7/23. They guarantee "no breakdowns for the season" when you have the maintenance done. First, I was not fully satisfied with our maintenance technician on 6/7/23. Biggest red flag was when he told me there was no air filter in my unit. I informed him that there was and had to show him where our unit takes the filter, which is clearly marked on the outside with the filter size. Then on 6/28/23, I woke up at 3:30am to a warm house and warm air blowing out of the vents. I went to my thermostat which was set at 75 and the temp in the house was reading at 79. I immediately called Waychoff which claims to be open 24/7 and provide same day service. A call center personel answered and told me a technician would come out that same day between 10 and 2pm. I was happy with this, and my husband called out of work to be home for them. At 8:30am that same morning, I received a text while at work that they needed to reschedule due to high work volume. We called them to argue this, as 1)they guarantee same day emergency service, 2)the unit was guaranteed against breakdowns this season, 3)my husband called out of work, 4)daytime temps this week have been around 95F, and 5)we have animals in the house. Waychoffs transferred the call multiple times, but had zero sympathy and continued to say they could not come until the following afternoon on 6/29/23. This is the end of our association with Waychoff's. We instead called another company that recently installed a unit at our other property, and the other company was happy to come out the same day on 6/28/23, were able to diagnose the prob

Terrible company. Just stay away. I think they enjoy warranty customers so that they can continuously bill against your warranty. 3 technicians, 3 different stories, 3-4 hour diagnostics with zero answers each time. 1 call to another company and 1 hour diagnostic and boom we are in business and operating. Waychoffs should be ashamed at the quality of technicians that they employ, at least the ones I dealt with.

Cale came out to my house, he was very professional and honest. Within an hour or so our AC unit was up and running back to normal. We have been using Waychoffs for over 3 years on a routine basis. I would highly recommend getting Cale as your service technician each time.

Very poor customer service. I missed a call to confirm my appointment the same day even though I had already confirmed the appointment the day before I called back and was transferred five times and was hung up on. I called back again and was transferred three times and was dismissed when I was trying to talk to the rep. I’m no md, but the office seems to have a bad case of not my job. The technician that came out poked a hole in my vent to check pressure and didn’t tape it back up. The tech said my condenser drain was clogged and after inspecting it after he left I found he flipped the pipe so it wouldn’t drain. I’m disappointed in this company if they treat everyone like this

First let me say the tech we had, Cornelius, was great and very professional. He was on time, cleaned up and knowledgeable. But the pricing from Waychoff’s (not techs fault) was outrageous. Our unit is under warranty and they were charging $980 for just labor to change out a blower motor (that we were told would take about 15-30 minutes to do). I ended up using another company and they charged us $450. Won’t be calling Waychoff’s again…rip off

I made an appointment with them a few weeks ago for a air conditioning check up. I was given a date and time. Just this week they called and said they were to busy and couldn’t keep the appointment. I could make one for 4 months from now!

The technician, Rick, was great, explaining everything he did. On my second service call, Jomar came and did a great job. He was right on time, as was Rick. Well, things have changed. Last Friday our AC, a Bryant unit bought from Waychoff with 5 years left off of the warranty. First they said someone would be out that afternoon to look at it. I got a call back about an hour later that said they would be out Saturday afternoon. The tech comes out, for a quoted 89.95 and then charge 139.95 (two phone calls got me the difference refunded) and after looking at it for less than 5 minutes says the fan motor is out and will need to be replace. He says they will have to order a fan motor on Monday morning, He also said I could get a non-warranty fan motor then but it would cost $16-1700 plus installation. I called on Monday afternoon and was told the part would be in on Wednesday or Thursday. It is now a week later and they still don't have the part, which will cost me $430 to install. These warranties aren't much these days. I would steer clear of Waychoff, which is now owned by a group called Strikepoint, if you possibly can.

They did a great job installing my new unit in 2021. I had to have the AC drain pipe flushed, and had someone come out that charged me $400 for that. The prices should have been given to me up front because I would have never agreed to that. Insane cost for something routine.
