United Air was able to expedite my service based on our needs. Management was very helpful.
They were out for maintenance on my AC system, Eric was my technician and he was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and explained what he did , I hope they’ll send him again for my next check up.
They were on time and were able to take care of our problem right away. The tech also explained what the issue was and how he took care of it. Highly recommended.

our home warranty company sent United Air Temp out to fix our AC. it went out on Friday I called and they had someone here Monday morning. The technician Eric called to actually come 1.5 hr before the scheduled time which was awesome! Eric was very courteous & knowledgeable. He had my AC back up and running in. No time has been the hottest week this Summer and I am most appreciative!!
Took five attempts to resolve my A/C unit problems. Only after I requested and involved a supervisor and senior technician did the problem get resolved. Still waiting on a resolution on my outside cut-off switch which was cracked and broken during original failure repair.
Impressed with UAT. Responded immediately to set up appointment. Eric was great very courteous professional & knowledgeable. Super guy! In the future would like to use UAT.

United Air spent a LOT of time on our A/C checkup, testing everything, talking with us about metal Vs paper framed filters, clearing drain lines and removing leaves from the outside unit. It was a very good value!!!
Be careful w this company. Apparently fired an employee based on his constitutional protected beliefs. Will never do business that does not support their protected free speech, especially since it supposedly happened outside of work.
Needed a capacitor replaced and they got us back to cool very quickly
