4601 100 is first entry
Not bad at all. I was kinda hesitant taking a home depot load, but I needed to get home so I accepted it. Based on some of the reviews and past experience delivering to other home depot warehouses, I got there expecting to wait for hours. I was 3 hours early, they were really nice and said they would work me in after the first truck. In 20 mins the truck pulled out, I backed in and they got me unloaded in less than 20 mins for 18 pallets. I was there for maybe an hour all together.
Arrived 45 before my appointment. Nate took my bills and gave me a door immediately. Was in and out in 30 minutes.
The receiving lady was awesome but went downhill fast had 8am appointment to unload was told it would be next week before they could unload me I will never walk through a Home Depot door again for anything I will do business with the competition
These pple are a joke. Nobody unloaded trucks ,You’ll be here for hrs, very unorganized and slow
I had a 2:30 PM appointment for delivery which I didn’t know I got there at 7 AM in the morning spoke to the manager in door 47 explain to him what happened because I had at 10 Am pick up appointment for my next pickup , he and the Lady at the office work with me and put me at at a door at 8:30am and get me offload that was very helpful thank you so much 🙏
The worst place to do delivery I never come here my delivery was for 2:30 I will I was here 6:00 in the morning and they take me exactly 3:00 p.m. with nobody here not even one truck in the dark and the shipping for she was very arrogant. I suggest don't come here before the appointment time be precisely in the appointment time
If you have to deliver Here at Home Depot Pro Distribution center. bring food water and a LOT of patience ! ! ! It’s always excuses. they don’t have the personal ,the don’t have the time , they don’t know we are coming. but in fact we take appointment but they don’t respect it ! ! ! Si Vous avez à livrer ici au Centre de distribution de Home Depot Pro. Apporter de la nourritures , de l’eau ainsi que BEAUCOUP de patience ! ! ! Ils ont constamment de nouvelles excuses. Nous n’avons pas assez d’employés, nous avons pas le temps, Nous ne savions pas que vous étiez sur l’horaire. Mais NOUS transporteurs avons à prendre des rendez-vous et les respecter 2 et 3 semaines à l’avance. Mais c’est EUX qui ne respecte PAS leur propre horaire ! ! !

Great Customer service. Parts are always ready for pickup when I arrive. Free popcorn and coffee what else could you ask for.
